I think as long as its what a pokemon can learn and you aren't maxing out the ev's for more than what is legal, then theres no problem!
Anytime. Just be certain people are fine with you using legal hacks.
I personally think it's fine, but people get up their arse about how it's cheating. I use pokegen now that pokesav doesn't exist :( then transfer things over using the gts. There is no honor in cheating either, but it doesn't stop us. ;)
Well I don't see anything wrong with it, obviously as long as the Pokemon has legal abilities/EVs.
Yeah i think it's ok to use AR tactics to save you time. Illegal stuff such as Wonder Guard Spiritomb are not used by anybody anyway, because everyone knows they are illegal. I don't know what the rules for tourneys are, but i don't think that hacked pokemon are allowed.

Oh, you mean vacation? I am going to Las Vegas to see my wifes friend who is in the air force.
We leave 4:30 AM Friday. Then Saturday we are driving to the Grand canyon. Then the rest of the week we will hang out in Vegas. -
