Hey Scrafty!
Crustle is lookin' pretty interesting and IMO it actually might have its place in OU as an offensive lead using Custap and Sturdy. I think I'm going to try it out in conjunction with my favorite sweeper: Dragonite or Gyarados.
Donphan? TBH, it just sucks. Lacks so much synergy, too one-dimensional in terms of use, better Pokemon exist and it looks so stupid. At least these are my thoughts.

I'm actually not finished with the UU ranks (I still need to settle a few issues and tier a few more Pokemon). Once I finish, then i'll look into separating each Pokemon into more tiers.

Do you still intend to revamp Scrafty?
You can follow Slim Man's example here
and do the same but with Scrafty (that is, take the onsite Scrafty set and edit it however you see fit)
