  • Hi, I've seen you posting a lot. You should try the tutoring program (http://www.smogon.com/forums/forums/battling-101.42/), it can help you get started with making a team and an experienced player will help you. You can also watch some high-level replays to get ideas of the effective teams people are running.

I think you're really overestimating the amount of time it would take. The way I see it, you could continue posting vague threads, or you can do one of the things I suggested. You could also try posting an RMT that adheres to the rules. I can understand your frustration, but this happens to everyone with a new generation, you need to relearn the metagame to account for the new threats.

how can i account for 100's of potential threats with only a team of 6 pokemon? every time i try a team i slap together, i always lose to something i have no switch ins or answers to. i just am failing to understand. i dont want to waste anyone elses time so i'll get lost.

That's the gist of it. No team is without weaknesses. It's impossible to account for every threat, but you can try to account for as many threats as possible.
Hi Seastone! I saw your RMT, and you seem confused and lost. If you have any questions or want help, please send me a message and i'll try to help you.

Hi, i sent you a conversation. I'm not sure if you have seen it. If not, i'll post it here. If you did, i'm sorry to bother you.
