When you are reffing battles, you should include the formula for each action. It is actually mandatory.
So in the case of Deino's Dragon Breath on Onix, the formula would be (6 [Dragon Breath BAP + 3 [STAB] + 3 [Deino's SpA Rank] - 1 [Onix's Sturdy] - 2 [Onix's Rock-Type reducing BAP of special attacks in sandstorm] - 3 [Onix's SpD Rank]) = 6
