What do you think of Baxcalibur and Mega-Baxcalibur?

I mentioned Loaded Dice in the list of items used by Baxcalibur in SV, simply to ask the question of whether it was really worth using his mega when his base form greatly benefits from items.

That said, what's the point of playing Mega-Baxcalibur rather than its base form? Baxca loves using items, including HDB, the Choice Band and Loaded Dice (Is the Dice in the tier, btw)

For Mega-Raichu X, I suggest Levitate, because he literally flying like Superman in-game, thanks to his electricity. It's not a bad choice since it removes his talent and it will go very well with his bulk gain. Probably it won't be viable but, hey, not all megas will be good anyway.

It's because Close Combat made 3G Fighting moves (Brick Break, Cross Chop, Focus Punch and even Superpower) obsoletes.
