If you want it caught: I will need more time so I can find an appropriate shiny seed. I don't think I have any hp ice seeds on my records currently. And even if i do, it might not be the right encounter slot.

On the topic of IVs: Can you tell me how flawless you want it? If you don't need a certain stat like attack can be 0~31, mention that too. And if you need something really specific e.g. speed = 15, then also tell me that.
