when you offer your pokemon in the gts you should get error code 13266 (this pokemon can't be offered for trade) this way you actually create the pkm file. you said your pkmn is traded, right? so this means you're entering the normal gts.

I understand i had the same problem (the program works but when you enter gts you can't connnect and get errror codes, I know all about that) you have to turn off both antivirus and firewall and close any web page open when you are transferring pkmn, trust me..
Did you use the right GTSs? (ir-gts bw for 5G and ir-gts v0.42 for 4G games)

What time zone are you in? And what hours are you available

you have to make sure your firewall and any antivirus installed on your computer are turned off. any program like skype or any web page should be closed when ir-gts is working.

if you keep getting this error code(13275) you have to try again because this means error with nintendo server.

N.B: you have to choose S if you want to send a pkm file from your computer to your game.
R to receive a pokemon from game to your computer (create a pkm file).
M to receive multiple pokemon from game to your computer (create pkm files).
