First teach your pokemon toxic and any defence move.
Second. use toxic on the pokemon you battling.
Third. use that defence move on your pokemon and keep using that move tell it wont go any higher.
Last, but not least. watch the poisoned pokemon hp drop. you can do the same with wil-o-wisp. keep in mind, you can speed the process with en multi attack tipe move. use iron defence well in process obi battle. as long as you use toxic or wil-o-wisp first on every pokemon and use moves like iron defence well in process theres 95% chance you will win
