I'm doing a bit of testing with sirfetch'd, flame charge is an excellent move for it, and it also gets access to other cool moves like spectral thief and fusion bolt. Primarina now gets water type STAB Boomburst. that's a huge buff, and liquid voice is now worthwhile.

If you're gonna use a ground team, you can't go wrong with 10% Zygarde and its access to Thousand Arrows. Now not even flying types are safe from being put 6 feet under.
