Yawn is blocked by Sub. According to Shoddy though, Taunt goes through Subs.

Likely very effective with Intimidate being passed along by BP, Taunt stopping BP, Protect, and Sub, and resisting X-Scissor and taking little damage from whatever attack it might run over it for some reason. And yeah, Roar does bypass Subs I believe.

Hmm...I think I heard once that if you use a Pokemon from a different region, the Everstone thing doesn't work (meaning you're using a Japanese female, or a European one, or w/e). That's the only thing I can think of.

And if they tie in Speed, the same thing happens when you have a Speed tie: 50/50
