You're mother has HP Grass 70 and your Father has Hp Ice 70. They're four IV spread that get HP Ground, which one are you using?
1. 30/30/30/31/30/30
2. 30/31/31/30/30/31
3. 31/30/31/30/30/31
4. 31/31/31/30/30/31
Sometimes I use the HP=O/HP=E option on stats I don't need when adding in my desired IVs. May provide more results.
I see and you're going for HP Ground. What's the nature of the Mother/Father?
Personally it looks like you need to breed a new mother first before going for a Shiny one.
Still having problem finding a EV spread? What is your parent Pokemon IVs?
