Besides if you have the event dogs, you can get the TM in the english version aswell, not quite sure though.

Right now, the way that the last two pokemon in my thread are, the words and pictures are off in the center of the page (I want them off to the left, like the others). I'm just copying and pasting the format from the threads where I got these pokemon btw. Anyways, whenever I press backspace to try to get them on the left side, nothing ever ends up where it's supposed to be. I'm just REALLY bad at this lol.
