The IVs that I listed aren't right. They are close but wrong. The real spread is HP Electric. I just can't remember which stats he had flip-flopped. And for the Slowpoke, I'd like a copy of that DW Tropius once you get it.
Kinda... This is what they had listed on the trade thread I got it from but I know it has two stats flip-flopped. IV’s: 31/30/31/30/31/31 I am positive it is HP Electric though so maybe you can deduce it from there? Sorry, I can't be more exact. BTW, I also have DW Slowbro. :)
