  • So kyurem, terrakion, and breloom are you're favorite pokemon right now. Kyurem is good, but its only viable set is the subroost set.
This is why False hates battling me. I piss him off by out predicting him which pretty much always leads to a constant stalemate of switching or out predicting his predictions to predict me lol, such as me using Hidden Power Ice on his Scizor because I predicted him to think I was going to Earth Power on his Heatran switch, but instead he went into Dragonite, and got hit by an HP Ice. I'm annoying, to put it simple lol.
Not really, but don't depend on the element of surprise to win. Although the element of surprise played a huge factor in my loss, Raij is probably prepared for that after watching the battle. Although surprise sets are cool and all, once the opponent figures it out you're on your own. Make sure to always have a back up plan. I never use surprise tactics to win, as it mostly only comes in handy once or twice in the battle. If I play against a player who's familiar with my sets, I win much more often because I play a bunch of mind games and out predict them. Prediction is key, surprise isn't. You may have surprised me this time, but next time I'll be aware on what to expect. That's why I out predicted you so many times at the beginning, because I knew you knew what to expect me to use.
No you're getting yourself to worked up over this. If you managed to beat me on the first try, then you shouldn't have that hard of a time giving Raij a run for his money. I beat him, and I must admit he was one of my hardest opponents, however I think you'll do fine. Just have faith in yourself, or you'll always lose.
Really fricken good. And don't worry you'll do great! When do you guys battle?
We have until april 3rd to do our match but we can do it today since I got the time
Hey, I hope you do well in your match against Rai. You and I would have a great finals match >:]
    Haha, thanks for the enthusiasm!
Yeah, I guess we could exchange friend codes, but I'll probably need some time to get used to the game (and actually learn my friend code...) Fire Emblem has been pretty fun so far, I'm enjoying it.
Don't get your hopes up for us battling and Skyping every day with X and Y, I don't have THAT much time on my hands... ; )
Oh, and how badly DO you want to know my age?
Hey, Tabuu! I thought you might be happy to know that I just got Luigi's Mansion Dark Moon and Fire Emblem Awakening for my birthday today!
Well, I suppose it's possible, but Nintendo and Game Freak have never really shown much interest in the competitive aspect of pokemon; I mean, they don't seem to put a whole lot of planning into the designs of pokemon. An example would be how Gengar, originally the only Ghost, had a huge special stat when Ghost and Poison moves were physical. You know what I mean?
...Don't even try to trick yourself into believing that Game Freak has an inkling of knowledge or care for the competitive aspect of pokemon...
The one that represents me best?
    ...That's tough...
Ironically, Zoroark might not actually be a bad fit for me...
Well, Zoroark is a sort of mascot of 5th gen, so it's not an impossibility.
But with 6th gen coming around, it's chances of making it in are somewhat low now...
And don't hate on Zoroark, he's pretty cool.
Oh yes, SSB4. That's basically THE game I'm waiting for to give me a reason to get a Wii U. Pity we know next to nothing about it. Smash Bros is one of my all time favorite series, for reasons I've already elaborated on. They better make this one awesome.
...And I would like it if they had Zoroark playable...
...you haven't played the original Luigi's Mansion...?
    ...commence shunning...

On the subject of X and Y, it's really hard to determine anything at all right now in terms of competitive stuff. I mean, all we have are six pokemon, three of which we don't know the types for, and the other three are unevolved. I really wish they would release some more information soon. I was bummed after we got nothing for March...
Yeah, I'm really looking forward to X and Y. It'll really give me a good reason for having a 3ds. By the way, how's Luigi's Mansion? I loved the first one, so do you think it's good?
No, I don't. I only have, like, five games for the 3ds. They haven't released too many that I really wanted yet, although I do want that Fire Emblem game...
But I'm pretty content with my Professor Layton game at the moment.
