But As HoennHero said. You can appeal right away if they appeal on the ground that Permalocked doesnt been granted in the first place

This is a suggestion Rename Permalock -------> LongLock This is not possible since you can appeal when the extent period of time passed. And the meaning of permanent is forever. I would like to rename it I cant post in the suggestion page its wont let me.
