Totally agree. Charizard dominates the higher ladder. Mimik is so common nowadays that you have to run something that beats it reliably. Plus, with the dominace of the Zards, zard Y is pretty popular too. I might argue for a rise for zard Y, but for now it should remain in A+. Sometimes...

Well, with the dominance of the Zards and all, Shiinotic cant really take hits. Especially Zard Y, who ignores Strength Sap and OHKOs with Blast Burn. Even Zard X OHKOs with Flare Blitz. And, as said by Quantum Tesseract , If you want bulky grass sleeper use Venu-M; if you want a bulky 100%...

That is not my reason for banning sleep. All I’m saying is you need an answer to sleep. My reason is “Sleep is uncompetitive” but like I stated before, I won’t argue about the uncompetitiveness of Sleep as I’m not qualified to answer it. It is just my opinion.
