    Gen Sexy

Wow. This is the first RMT I have seen that runs a Tornadus-T. Very unpredictable. There seems to be a good team dynamic going on. However, there seems to be a very big weakness to Ice types. Four of your pokemon are weak to them, and your only reliable counter is Scizor Bullet Punch. However...

    King Gyarados

A very interesting team. All members are capable of mega evolving. From what I see, you simply have too much firepower and thus it is a bit weak on the defensive side. When switching between Pokemon, you could get hit with a nasty attack and lose a vital member of the team.

(Updated) Really Awesome Balanced Gen 6 OU Team! (Currently 39-13)

Greninja doesn't have very high defensive stats. It can probably be taken down by your Mawile running Play Rough, as none of the four moves it usually uses would resist fairy-type. You probably don't even need to boost to OHKO it.

    First RMT

Heatran also seems to be a huge threat to your team, as it take can take care of Talonflame and Magnezone with relative ease. Will-O-Wisp from your Bannette will have no effect besides boosting its flash fire, while Gliscor can't even touch it if the Heatran has an Air Balloon. Ambipom doesn't...

    OU Stallish Team Thing...>.> <.<

When making a stall-team, you need to touch base on both ends of the spectrum. You have Dusclops as your physical wall, and having Will-O-Wisp on in can further shut down physical sweepers. Now all you need is a SDef wall to balance out your team. Heatran can run this set, but in my opinion can...

    Rate my team

Magnezone is a great idea as it can take care of scizor that can destroy half your team. Magnet pull traps it and you can spam HP Fire for great damage. All you have to do is watch out for Superpower. Your team looks pretty solid, however there is some predictability to it, which can lead...

    Aegi-Slashing Through

I see that you have a lot of resistance to fairies. First and foremost, I do not see the point of putting Tailwind on you Talonflame as you have equipped it with a Choice Band. Being stuck on Tailwind is a horrifying. You could also run Acrobatics instead of Brave Bird if you are trying to...

    OU Stallish Team Thing...>.> <.<

From my POV, one of the best counters for Talonflame is Heatran. I would say you could replace Forrtress. Besides resisting Talonflame and killing fairies with Flash Cannon, it can also set up SR, phase with Roar, and use Protect. However in exchange, you would lose a valuable Rapid Spinner. So...

    (Stall) Terrible Triremes

Your team looks great. Especially the Porygon 2, a great Greninja counter as it can just Trace Protean and screw it over. Gyarados has respectable bulk and can always serve as Electric bait that you switch Chesnaught into. Chesnaughts are also fairly rare in OU metagame, so it can also serve as...

    OU Stallish Team Thing...>.> <.<

I feel that Talonflame can do lots of damage to this team, and it appears a lot in OU. Nothing on the team can safely wall the it. Sableye's Will-O-Wisp is ineffective. Pinsir gets outsped in terms of priority. Forretress can be killed before setting up SR. We all know how fighting types fare...

    Bulky OU baton pass

There are moves that can clear stat boosts or phase your pokemon and these would put a huge dent in your strategy. Moves like Haze, Clear Smog, Roar, Whirlwind, and Dragon Tail can destroy your team if you're not careful.

    Just a RMT

Thanks for the advice. I have made updates to my current team. Now that I think about it, running a Defensive Sableye would better suit Will-O-Wisp. Looking back at the metagame, the biggest counter for this team seems to be Azumarill after Belly Drum boost. Even Skarmory and Scizor can OHKO...

    Crawdaunts Return

Running a Dragon Dance set could also work for Crawdaunt if you decide to forego the Choice Band. Although a Base speed is not that fast, getting in two Dragon Dances can have you out speeding a good portion of the metagame. 2+ Life Orb Adaptability Crawdaunt is scary, and can have you do a...

    First Competitive XY Team

I feel Heal Bell would also be an option to put on your Togekiss as currently you have no way of taking care of any status your pokemon may get.

My first team, Trick Room hype

Having Three Trick Roomer seems kind of unwieldy. It is kind of counter-productive if three of your pokemon are set with the same role. Maybe instead, you could have a healer on your team to help alleviate some of the damage and keep your Trick Roomer running. One such would be Blissey, whose...
