Psychic has not changed from what I saw while it was briefly on my Meowstic.

Pyroar learns Incinerate at level 51, and I'm re-re-confirming its new base power at 60.

Pyroar learns Crunch at level 42ish. At 44, Chesnaught gets Bulk Up.

Clauncher also learns Flail, Bubble Beam, and Bubble. I just caught one so that's all I have so far.

Quilladin can learn Shadow Claw via TM65

Espurr can learn Confusion, Psybeam, Fake Out, and Light Screen. Since it evolves through level-up, I'm guessing that it can learn them as well. Just noting.
