sorry man i actually saw your question on i r c last night but had to hit the hay cuz it was just too late. the short answer is that like every other action in h g s s except for walking 128 steps the radio ABSOLUTELY WILL give you inconsistent advancements. That being said you still can use it to get to your frame i have several times but it's not nearly as easy as in D P Pt where one j flip always equalled two advancements. The short explanation is that if you do x y and z in the same order on the same seed it will ALL WAYS give you the same advancements though never in consistent incrimen ts. You just have to try a series of actions on your seed catch your poke see how far off you were and adjust. GOOD LUCK!
