No, the encounter frames don't matter with Pokeradar abuse. You just catch one and chain it; the chain overrides the encounter slots.
I use a Gamecube controller its so much easier!

What do you mean you cant check the Pokemon? Dont you just find out its IV's put them into the main part of the RNG Reporter, use the same Seed and then click generate and it should pop up lol worked for me :) or do you mean something else?
