search for ir-gts-bw, that program can be used to clone. If you have trouble with it I can help. Same principle as pokecheck so you shouldn't have too much trouble. Does the pokemon you want cloned have a pokecheck page? If ir-gts-bw doesn't work I'll can get the file from there

The gts is in every pokemon center, its the lady furthest to the right. You don't really need to register in their website, but its easy to do so, so I recommend you do it. If you need more help with pokecheck, post here in simple requests or post on the shoutbox in pokecheck's webstie. I'd help more but I gotta go nowI wont be for another 5 or 6 hours
Yes, it works with any pokémon as long as the pokémon can be sent to gts
