I can't think of another way that EV is being distributed... Someone will figure it for us... eventually :) And reduction in IV limits =/= reduction in stats. 0 IVs in 5th gen can be 23 IV in gen 4

BTW, I heard the music... The tone itself is ok, the worst part is in the high frequency noise in it that is diffucult for human ear to listen... I think it could damage your ears... and proably mess with your mind. Even worse when you are wearing headphones
