In my battle vs Aweshucks, Fire Blast missed A1, but it shouldn't have. Due to Oddish having a -Spe nature it lost 10% Acc. With the RNG Roll you rolled it shouldve hit. A minor mistake was the energy cost's Of STAB moves are decreased by 1. Dont worry, this is nothing major.
