Forgot what the program is called but ask quan. Quan uses a free program thats specifically made for spriting (I think). Hope this helps :]

Oh and I forgot Hippowdon who obviously loves the addition of Bonemerang and Spikes plus it's the only weather setter with reliable recovery with Slack Off.

I definitely agree. Rain is probably the most versatile but Politoed did not get a lot from STABmons other than Water Spout. Ninetales at least got Blue Flare, Searing Shot, and Magma Storm although Fire-types in general didn't get as good boosts as the Rain abusers. Tyranitar is probably the best weather setter thanks to its huge movepool which now includes Dark Void, Head Smash, Sucker Punch, and all Ground moves like Spikes. Abomasnow might have received Spore but Ice-types wanting to abuse Hail all can already learn Blizzard and Kyurem-B is basically only physical now and works on just about any team.
