Hex-values aren't reliable either. All my Emerald Pokémon have 0 hex-value.

Perhaps. But since you have Modest and Timid, and the IVs are 30/X/30/31/31/31 HP Ice 70, you can put quite some use to that. My spreads are only 1 point above in HP and Defense with HP Dark 70.
The reason I went for Timid and Modest hexflawless is because they look good on my Pokes, and would look good in my thread. :)
I actually went for one of the hexflawless spreads (Timid), but since I used the right spread, my twin was Modest. So even though they don't have any worthy Hidden Power abilities, both of them are 31/31/31/31/31/31. :)
