    Yeah, it is. I'm really sorry though, I told you wrong. >_< Walking up the ladder advances your frame by one, as well as talking to Ho-Oh. So if you walked up the ladder, and went to battle Ho-Oh, you'd be on frame 684. If you don't have a synchronizer, the next closest frame is 749... Sorry. :(
    All right, you should be good. Just get to TWO before your target frame. So you're going to have to do a few more calls. :( Sorry. Go to frame 747, then walk up to Ho-Oh.

    Get one frame away from your target, then dash to Ho-Oh. Talking to Ho-Oh will advance your frame by one.
