Blissey has a lot of support utility. If you can't think of any other good support moves and you already have a reliable Stealth Rock user, Ice Beam could get some notables KOs faster then Siesmic Toss can, plus the chance at freezing is always good!

hmm, those are interesting offers, but for now I don't need such pokemons. And as for the IVs, infos and such : You might want to go check around the forum to see how the trades work. I know you are new here but you need to at least get a couple of clean pokemon you know all the infos about and can be of good interest. You could also ask other veterans to help you out with this (as I am kinda new here too :p ) This isn't Serebii, people will ask for more high end offers. Hope that helps though :)
