Maybe if they implement, Hail will be useful in NU for a time. I'm already scrapping a Snover / Regirock / Lampent / Sawk / 2 more things.
And kinda of the Absol part is my fault, my tutor told me to use it :/

Hail would be a nice boost on your beloved Ice-types. It also would be a nice stop to weather abusers since Absol is leaving now.
Quick question: Now that hail is unbanned from UU, and Snover is NFE, is Snow Warming allowed in NU?
