    Yes, it has to be shiny of course. :/ It can be done easily on D/P/Pt. You're using emulator, right? It won't be a problem if you're using emu.

    nice to see it's working again. :) i can't help but notice your brief comment on rng for the legendary dogs barring suicune, and entei (3 roamers of johto). It really inspires me to finish my hg run on flashcart to start getting my own, and also im aiming for gen 3 now. almost done with fire red, but still have emerald to worry about. sigh.

    I dont really use rotom forms, but i may.
    And usually AR codes have descropitions under them. ( You know, we arent allowed to talk about this)

    You competitive play? I would like to battle you sometime! :)
    It is impossible without AR codes, R4, or Acekard.
    However, it is quite possible on Black and White that rotom forms may be used.
    In B&W, Rotom loses its ghost ttping, so Rotom-W becomes just water.

    So since they changed this, one can assume that rotom forms can be used over wifi.
    Most people have something titled ubder their sig saying: "I use Legal Hacks, Rotom Forms, etc. That means they use a Cheating device that allows them to bypass the wifi restrictions.

    So as for now, you need to have the code for it.
