IV frame. It says that I need to hit only frame 2, but I walk 128 steps and I get completely different IVs. Does opening the item menu change the frame?
How do you advance the frames when in front of Legendary?

I guess it's good for me to see this kind of stuff in person to start RNG. Oh yeah the coolest thing happened to me the other day. I do a sort of online schooling and my teacher told me I could do anything for an Elective as long as I can learn something from it. I told my teacher I wanted to RNG as an Elective course and they approved. :D -
