ok i hit a delay of 5820 aiming 5809 i entered the game too early i think

Ah ok maybe that was it then so should i try the tentacool once more? When i'm chaging the times on my DS do i start the timer as i click update [the time] then enter the game and soft reset whenever?
Horus told me to use 200, 200 and then 9, 9 but i can't put in 3 digits for some reason so i was 20 instead of 200.

Bad luck. I noticed that i was hitting 15 then i chaged and 3 times in a row i hit 16 and then 17.

Yeah i thought that about the delays but most of the time wen i get coin flips theres no matching one. But what window?
thanks for your help zerohorus walked me thorugh it last night/yesterday now i'm just trying to hit my delay and seed and its been explained to me so many times i still don't know how to check my delay ingame =P. But i've got everything now and i sorta understand it all.
