    If that fails, would it be more or less complex to make it remove one hazard from either the opponent’s side or your side? (Both would have an equal chance of happening)

    I believe the way I explained to the coders was "remove one from either side of the field with an equal chance of happening" which I think is a little more complicated than the second way

    Such is the issue of me trying to keep symmetry among legendary trios. I would have to do something like give Regirock Solid Rock to replace Sand Stream because I proposed the removal of Snow Warning from Regice

    You don't have to since competitive changes come first. I may recommend it, though that might be a nerf too big for Regirock to do for just flavor reasons

    Idk, I have the same problem sometimes lol. If it's any consolation, now that we're getting closer and closer to actually developing the metagame, we can get closer and closer to opening balancing slates in the future where you could maybe use some of those ideas

    I find an appropriate image with a transparent or white background, put it in Microsoft PowerPoint, then change the color of it to a light grayscale and resize it however i need. For the Eternal Mons one, there were no images of the flower without Floette in it, so I had to go on MS Paint and crop it out.
