It's not actually due to reffing overdose. I'm just quite busy on weekends unfortunately, but even moreso this one because of Victoria Day (statutory holiday here in Canada) so I was with family. It also doesn't help that Smogon was down during my prime reffing time today.

Hey, for the extra move ruling, you get two of whatever moves you're eligible for regardless of how many you already have, as long as you're below 5. For example, since Kit has 4 TMs and 4 Eggs, it gets 2 TMs and 2 Eggs.

You are wrong. When issuing a Sub FOR Substitute, you do not need to specify the HP used for the Substitute.
Fine and because of that I will not DQ him because I can beat his team easily with my team and I want that win and prizes.

Oh yeah I just forgot I am in three matches and I am really trying to win and not really focusing on the little details although this one is kinda important.
