    The thing about Basculin-B and the Rock Head ability is it cannot have Egg moves, it can only be Adamant nature, and its IVs can only be 20/31/20/20/20/20. EDIT: It's been fixed in Black 2/White 2, so now Blue-striped Basculin can have Rock Head naturally.
