  • Sorry, it has to all be 31. Confusion is rare in the meta-game as far as I know, but it would be nice to have 0 IV in attack for a special sweeper. However, if you wanna deal more damage if Azelf ever uses struggle (very rare), then 31 is better.
    No need for it to be shiny then. I'll settle for just a flawless Timid Azelf with all 31s, except for attack (can be anything).
    Nope, I decided to call it a day because I didn't hit a single sister spread starting with my 11th try (tried a whole bunch of times). I used Pikatimer to no avail. I might just try RNG in SS (easier than DPPt) or Platinum (hope I get lucky).
    Man I got one with these IVs: 27/31/23/31/31/31 but I'm aiming for 30/x/31/31/31/31. I'm so tempted to keep it because it looks good for something I messed up on lol.
    The two times I hit the sister frames so far I've hit even. My target delay is odd if that matters at all.

    Edit: I've hit 2 odd delays recently so I guess it doesn't matter after all.
    Yeah dude; I'm closer than before. I keep hitting the right frames and right times, but I overshot the delay by 1 the first try and undershot it by 5 the second try. I think I can do it this time.
    I'm not a big fan of PKMN that have 4x weaknesses to anything, but I cannot ignore the power of these PKMN. I suppose I'd use it as a Lead because I wouldn't want to switch it into something unless I know it's a choiced attack that Heatran resists.
    If you can't get it shiny and flawless at the same time, then just go for flawless. I want to use it for battling.
    Actually, I've been wanting to get a shiny, Timid Azelf, with IVs: 31/x/31/31/31/31. It doesn't have to be shiny, but this kind of Azelf is hard to come by. If you could get it that would be great.
    I just remembered that when calibrating with AR, I'm not supposed to have codes preloaded. This explains why my delays were off -_-

    I don't mind finding the starting frame again even though it's going to be a pain. I lost all my info since I closed RNG reporter so I have no choice anyway.
    No problem. Yeah, I'm interested, but like Palkia, I cannot pick it up because I'm still saved in front of the daycare man. Still need to RNG that egg lol.
