The sprites? They're the Ken Sugimori official artwork from the Bulbapedia archives. I just copied them from that website and recolored them if they're shiny, resize and add the pokeball (Sugimori's artwork as well)

I do not own a R4 or Action Replay. I do use a backup device called NDS Adaptor, and it's very simple and effective (cheap too). I use it strictly for backup and to verify IV's after I RNG.
