For Gunpowder we have a tie between OSP's Frogvolver and Beebos's Kaenothrie. I broke the tie in favor of Frogvolver!
Pokemon Name: Frogvolver
Typing: Steel/Ground
Abilities
: Dry Skin / Rough Skin | Super Luck (HA)
Stats: 114/69/85/114/80/65
Flavor: Renowned metal eaters, being in a mountainous marsh where several corviknight and skarmory live. They eat ores from the mountain and spit them up to attack their prey.
Movepool: Gunpowder, Make It Rain, Earth Power, Stealth Rock, Iron Defense, Flash Cannon, Snipe Shot, Iron Head, Rapid Spin, Steel Beam, Body Slam, Earthquake, Meteor Beam, Heavy Slam, Supercell Slam, Rock Slide, Dragon Tail, Zen Headbutt, Curse, Bone Rush, Seismic Toss, Muddy Water, Steel
Roller, Toxic, Acid Spray
Rest, Sleep Talk, Snore, Facade, Double Edge, Take Down, Pound, Confide, Lick, Slam, Self Destruct, Stockpile, Swallow, Spit Up, Pay Day, Tera Blast, Giga Impact, Hyper Beam, Belch, Belly Drum, Mud Slap, Mud Shot, Sand Tomb, Rain Dance, Sandstorm, Me First, Quash, Thief, Wide Guard, Protect, Rock Climb, Skull Bash, Wring Out, Swagger, SuperSonic, Strength, Dig, Misty Terrain, Magnitude, Defense Curl, Rollout, Chilling Water, Breaking Swipe, Outrage, Brutal Swing
Weight: 278 kg
Reasoning: Fire / Steel / Ground is a particularly good trio, however gunpowder not hitting grasses allows for a semi switchin depending on the bulk

For Piracy, we have Turtraider!
Name: Turtraider
Typing: Water / Dark
Abilities: Torrent / Battle Armor / Defiant
Stats: 115 / 120 / 106 / 50 / 72 / 67 (530 BST)
Moves: Piracy, Sucker Punch, Liquidation, Knock Off, Flip Turn, Taunt, Foul Play, Bulk Up, Close Combat, Low Kick, Iron Head, Gunk Shot, Poison Jab, Earthquake
Acid Spray, Acupressure, Agility, Amnesia, Ancient Power, Aqua Cutter, Aqua Jet, Aqua Ring, Aqua Tail, Assurance, Astonish, Beat Up, Belch, Bite, Blizzard, Block, Body Press, Body Slam, Breaking Swipe, Brick Break, Brine, Brutal Swing, Bubble Beam, Chilling Water, Circle Throw, Comeuppance, Counter, Covet, Cross Chop, Crunch, Dark Pulse, Darkest Lariat, Dive, Double-Edge, Drain Punch, Dynamic Punch, Endure, Endeavor, Endure, Facade, Fake Tears, Focus Blast, Focus Punch, Giga Impact, Growl, Hard Press, Head Smash, Headbutt, Hone Claws, Hydro Cannon, Hydro Pump, Ice Beam, Ice Fang, Iron Defense, Iron Head, Lash Out, Leer, Metal Claw, Mud-Slap, Night Slash, Payback, Pounce, Protect, Quash, Quick Attack, Rain Dance, Reflect, Rest, Reversal, Roar, Sand Attack, Scary Face, Scale Shot, Sleep Talk, Sludge Bomb, Snarl, Stomping Tantrum, Surf, Tackle, Take Down, Tera Blast, Thief, Throat Chop, Torment, Uproar, Water Gun, Water Pledge, Water Pulse, Waterfall, Wide Guard, Zen Headbutt
Weight: 194.3 lbs.
Flavor: It's a turtle that happens to enjoy stealing from other pokemon, taking their food and harboring it for itself. It's highly aggressive and will fight to the bitter end to defend its stash, which it does with terrifying effectiveness.
Competitive: Bulky tank that can use Piracy to snipe a potential recovery move or to take out the floor from underneath setup sweepers. Water/Dark is a decently underrated defensive typing in much the same way that Water/Psychic is underrated, augmenting its very solid physical bulk. Meanwhile, 120 attack ensures that it is no sitting duck, especially with STAB Knock Off AND Sucker Punch to augment Piracy's effectiveness.

For Cowardly, we have Cabinack!
Cowardly
Name: Cabinack (Cabin + Knack)
Type: Fighting/Flying
Abilities: Cowardly / Tangled Feet // Wimp Out
Stats: 141/91/63/44/73/87 (BST: 499)
Movepool: Acrobatics, Aerial Ace, Air Slash, Blizzard, Brave Bird, Brick Break, Bullet Seed, Counter, Defog, Dive, Dual Wingbeat, Hurricane, Hydro Pump, Ice Beam, Ice Punch, Icicle Spear, Jump Kick, Liquidation, Peck, Rain Dance, Rapid Spin, Rock Slide, Roost, Snowscape, Spikes, Submission, Superpower, Surf, Tailwind, Wave Crash, Wood Hammer
Weight: 35.3 kg
Description: Cowardly STAB Superpower with big bulk, recovery, spikes, and 120 bp pivoting.

Woo will be back shortly with a mega exciting new slate!

SLATE 3

STEP 1

Mega Stone - You will have to make a nameless mega stone, where you decide the stats, ability and even a type that are added to the Step 2 mon. Anything is possible but the stat additions have to be 100 BST total.

Ability designed for a support Pokémon - easy stuff just make something distinct i know yall can do it. Weather, rooms, leads, anything!!!

Signature Item - Free Game! Make something that's going to be used, but be careful on not making it a Light Ball or Thick Club typa thing... Gl Hf

Mega stone:
-20def +45spdef +30 sp.atk, 30 speed, +15 atk
+steel
Skill link

Me when water shuriken. Just wanna make a buffed acceptor for this. Very goofy mega stone

Ability:
draconic surge
Upon entering battle, sets draconic terrain for 5 turns. Draconic terrain: dragon type moves hit fairies, get +1 critical hit ratio.

Because yes

Signature item
Super amazing magical stone
Doubles the Pokémon’s special attack but they can only use special moves (no status or physical).

Meant to be for a physical mon, to make 2 very different sets

+ Intimidate, + Flying Type (replaces secondary)

-20 atk +60 def -20 spa +60 spd +20 spe

Panic button style mega, opposite ish of mega diancie. Would be best on an offensive mon with a diverse defensive movepool, or to be put on a setup sweeper who could use the bulk. However this bulk does come at the cost of (potentially) gaining an unavoidable rocks weakness

Name: Wildfire
Effect: This Pokemon sets a sea of fire (fire and grass pledge effect) on entry once per game
Description: gives you 1/2 damage in value once per game for free, good on a supportive pivot. Cannot be removed ? As far as I know so it won’t suck

Item: Dark Matter Cloak
Knock/Trick able?: No
Effect:
Users Draining moves heal 1.3x more. When X Pokemon enters battle with the move air slash, enhances it to oblivion wing (like rusted sword enhancing iron head into behemoth blade)
Justification:
Legendary move tied to item, very neat item usage

Name: DuoM2's Submission For A Nameless Mega Stone For Two Step Mons Version 3 Slate 3
Type Change: None/None
Ability: Intrepid Sword
Stats: 0/-20/+40/+40/+20/+20 (+100)
Description: Builds off of the basic idea with Intrepid Sword where you get a huge one-time boost to your Attack stat and you need to be cautious over when you use it. Mega Evolution lets you be even more specific with when you activate the ability. If you screw up your one chance then you'll be left with an Attack stat even lower than whatever your base form has without an ability or item to boost it. Dropped Attack from the base form means big boosts elsewhere that the Pokemon may still be able to make use of, though. That Sp. Atk boost might lead to some interesting mixed sets if you don't have Intrepid Sword anymore. If someone doesn't want the more straightforward route of a simple physical breaker, maybe they could instead build a Mega Garchomp or Latios kinda case where its lower attacking stat is where it has a really important coverage move or two, or maybe even an oldgen Kyurem-B kinda deal where its physical movepool straight-up sucks and it leans more heavily on special attacks.

Name: Flicker Lens
Effect: At the end of each turn, the holder's Attack stat switches with its Sp. Atk stat. This also applies to any stat changes.
Description: Writing the last part of that last sub kinda inspired me lmao. It seemed kinda cool on paper but I can't think of any overly practical uses for it. If anyone happens to have any thoughts on this then feel free to message me on Discord.

-Ite
Ability: Berserk
Stats: +0 / +20 / +40 / +40 / +30 / - 30
Hilarious concept. Berserk is a cool ability but nothing uses it well. Probably give this to a Pokemon with recovery.

Supportive Ability:
Benevolence (name in the works)
Effect: Triggers a Wish that heals 25% of the user's Max HP on the next turn after taking damage
Mold Breaker: Yes
Flavor: I'm at the healing. I'm at the positioning. I'm at the combination healing and positioning

Signature Item:
Color Dropper

If held by a (Placeholder), The first 2 moves it has now become this Pokemon's Primary and Secondary types. (If the Pokemon this ability gets distributed has only 1 type, it becomes that 1 type.)
Removable?: No
Competitive Justification: Revelationmons the item. Turns middling coverage to impressive STAB

probably my worst pair of submissions but who cares

Mega Stone:
___ite
Stat Changes: 0/+20/+45/0/+35/0 (+100)
Ability: Fluffy

A Mega Stone perfect for a bulky mon. With Fluffy, the mon with this stone can pull this out to tank a contact move that would otherwise deal significant damage to it. However, the new Fire weakness may cause problems, especially with Gunpowder in the metagame. The added attack allows this mon to fight back after tanking a contact move. Probably best to put this on a slow, bulky mon.

Support Mon Ability:
Gravitational Pull: Sets Gravity on switchin.

Yeah, you know that Ground immunity you had? You don't anymore. Sorry!

In all seriousness, this can allow for a fellow Ground type like Frogvolver to hit Earth Power on a Ground-immune Pokemon (which I am just now realizing we do not have a Flying type...), or an inaccurate move like Gunk Shot/Stone Edge from Giladis to hit more reliably. This ability would benefit a Spikes setter as well, as it allows Ground-immune Pokemon to get chipped by Spikes and Toxic Spikes.

Signature Item:
Draconic Blade: While held by ____, Dragon type moves count as slicing moves.

Obviously, this goes on a Dragon type mon with Sharpness. Probably on a wallbreaker to get more value without obliterating everything before it can move. To be honest, I'm not entirely sure which type to make this item, so if Dragon is too much, I will happily change it.

Mega Stone
Type Change: None
Ability: Illusion
Stats: +0/+30/+15/+10/+20/+25
Description: Illusion mon goes hard. Big offense boost and some slight defense boosts. Illusion doesn't work until switch out, so keep that in mind. If you put Illusion on the base form, it will reveal itself as well unfortunately.

Ability designed for a support Pokémon
Name: Last Gift
Effect: Upon fainting, this Pokemon uses Healing Wish.
Description: Stick this on a support mon or screen/web setter to give it one last kick before it perishes.

Signature Item
Name: Bucket Hat
Effect: Upon switch in, if this Pokemon is [name], add a fishing token to the user's side of the field.
Description: Women Fear Me
Fish Fear Me
Men Turn Their Eyes Away From Me
As I Walk No Beast Dares Make A Sound In My Presence
I Am Alone On This Barren Earth.

Mega Stone:
Stat Boosts:+30 attack, +20 defense, +30 special attack, +10 special defense, +10 speed
Ability: Neutralizing Gas
Type Changes: none
Description: Now here's a mega designed as a bulky disruptor thanks to Neutralizing Gas. Obviously, that is an extremely powerful ability, but also one that has many, many, implications - for instance, you can stop Poison Heal and now leave your opponent at the mercy of the poison they self-inflicted, or you can shut down Cowardly and cost your opponent some valuable tempo. Due to its wide-reaching implications and extremely powerful ability, some care may be required when designing the base mon in order not to make the mega completely broken, but overall, this mega would be quite flexible in what it can do, so there's a lot of directions that the mon in question can take.

Ability for A Support Pokemon:
Name: Force Field
Effect: When this pokemon switches out, its replacement gets a +1 boost to their defense and special defense. These boosts remove themselves at the start of the next turn.
Description: Gives your replacement some extra bulk so that they can tank the opponent's hits a little more comfortably. However, the boosts aren't permanent - they remove themselves as soon as the next turn comes around, so the opponent can potentially play around this by taking advantage of your switch to set up hazards or to make themselves stronger. It's a decently powerful ability, but also one that requires a bit of careful play to make the most out of.

Mega Stone
Stat Boosts: +10 Attack, +35 Defense, +35 Special Defense, +20 Speed
Ability: Sharpness
Type Change: None
Description: make a bulky sharpness mon for a move which other sharpness mons don't have stab on

Ability For a Support Mon:
Name: Subspace Bending
Effect: User sets Magic Room on switch-in.
Description: In case you don't remember/know, Magic Room is a vanilla field effect which disables the effects of held items for 5 turns. Most attacking sets utilize a boosting item like Life Orb or a Choice item to bolster their strength so putting this on a defensive pivot would be a cool idea, nerfing opponents' offensive potential and passing the boon to an ally. As far as I know it also nullifies boots? Something to think about. Main downside is that it will disable your own team's items as well, so regardless of the ability's potential you will have to build your team around it.

Signature Item:
Name: Edge Lens
Effect: When held by [that one guy/thing], raises critical hit rate by 2 stages.
Description: Yep it's literally just Stick/Lucky Punch... but this time we can build a mon around actually getting good use out of the crit boost. Ideally not on a Sniper mon, I mean you can if you want but it likely end up as a boring unga bunga attacker

Mega Stone
Stat Boosts: +35 Attack, +35 Defense, +10 Special Attack +35 Special Defense, -15 Speed
Ability: Regenerator
Type Change: +Ice type
Description: Gains strong defensive and offensive capabilities but has to bear with being slower and getting the worst defensive type.

Ability For a Support Mon:
Name: Redistribution
Effect: On switch-out, activates Guard Split for the mon that switches in
Description: Allows certain frail mons to set up/attack better against other mons. Particularly good for wish passers who can pass heals.

Signature Item:
Name: Fractal Drop
Effect: When held by X, this Pokémon can Terastalize into the water type.
Description: Tera is a relatively broken mechanic, but being limited to one type on one mon should make things more reasonable. Water is the most versatile Tera type and can either be used for offense on a water mon or as a defensive mix-up on a bulkier mon.

stone
Stat Boosts: 0/40/20/0/10/30
Ability: Protean
Description: intended for a special attacker to jumpscare walls by actually becoming physical/mixed

ability
Name: Self-Repair
Effect: This Pokemon recovers 1/4 max HP after using a Status move.
Description: useable by mons with defensive utility like encore/taunt/pshot/hazards but no reliable recovery

sigitem:
Name: Absorber
Effect: When held by , heals 3/16 max HP after being damaged by a notveryeffective move.
Permanent: yes
Description: item that can facilitate an offensive or defensive pivot by taking advantage of its resists (dont make this a steel)

A Mega Stone
Stat Boosts: 0/30/20/30/20/0
Ability: Technician
Description: Simple but effective Mega boost that allows for unorthodox uses from moves that are usually useless due to their low power and no priority.

Supporting Ability
Name: Vigilente
Effect: This Pokemon reflect Dark-type moves back to the user. Ignored by Mold Breaker and variants.
Description: Pseudo-immunity to Dark and discourage Knock Off spam.

Signature Item
Name: Ancient Trident
Effect: When held by (Pokémon), both physical and special moves uses Attack for calculation; formerly special moves will gain a 1.1x power boost. Cannot be Knocked Off, swapped or otherwise removed if held by (Pokémon).
Description: Allows a Pokémon with a large Special learnset but low Special Attack to use them efficiently. The immunity of item removal is so to prevent it to be complete deadweight if their item got removed with their special-oriented learnset in mind.

Mega Stone
Stat Boost: 0 / +30 / +30 / +30 / +30 / -20
Ability: Merciless
Type Change: ??? / Dark
Justification: Could provide an interesting dichotomy where the Pokémon wants to stay non-mega to use its original ability to spread poison as much as possible, and then in the endgame mega to take advantage of its guaranteed crits.

Support Ability
Name: Resonance
Effect: When successfully landing a sound move, leaves a slot condition that will heal the next incoming ally for 25% hp.
Note: If the incoming ally is immune to sound, they will not be healed, and will remove the slot condition anyways.
Description: Take 2 on making an element for an offensive healer

Sig Item
Name: Fabled Hourglass
Effect: On every third active turn this item's user is on the field, it attempts to use Future Sight. Cannot be removed.
Justification: An item meant to reward the user for exercising staying power on the field. Could be an interesting tool on a mon designed to otherwise want to switch frequently.

Mega Stone:
Stat Boost: (0/35/20/35/-10/20)
Ability: Rattled
Type Change: None / Fairy
Justification: main role is it being a knock absorber, as it resists it, doesnt get its item removed, and gets a speed boost from it, and due to its boosted offenses, as well as fairy-type being good offensively, could end up being a very threatening breaker/sweeper. can also benefit from the oponent using u-turn on it too.

Support Ability:
Name: Mirror Shards
Effect: Pokemon using special, non-sound moves against this Pokemon lose 1/8th of their max HP.
Justification: special rough skin, sound special moves do bypass the chip damage, similar how to non-contact phys moves also do for rough skin, which makes it so that it wont be able to make free progress against every special attacker.

Signature Item:
Name: Awesome Berry
Effect: When at 50% HP, raises the user's highest stat by +2 stages, then its consumed.
Justification: Raising a stat that the user wants by +2 without doing anything is decently strong effect, so having it only work at 50% should be good. Exept that this should work as a berry, so moves like Stuff Cheeks activate it immediately, and abilities like Cheek Pouch, Harvest, or Cud Chew can give it more effects. May also be able to activate its effect with recoil moves, or stuff like Clangorous Soul or Steel Beam.

Mega Stone:
Stat Boost: 0 / +50 / -35 / +50 / -35 / +70
New Type: ____ / Ice
Ability: Trace
Justification: Turns a defensive base Pokemon into an offensive mega. Probably not all in one set, but I think it could be interesting to build around a mega stone like this. Trace to soak up all of the delicious custom abilities.

Signature Item:
Name: Orb of Resentment
Effect: The pokemon holding this item gains a +20% boost to its STAB moves each time it takes a hit, up to a maximum of +100%. The boosts are retained permanently, like with Rage Fist.
Justification: Ahnihilape: the item. 20% should generally represent a smaller boost than Rage Fist, but it's potentially with 2 different moves. Depending on the STAB types and movepool this could be a lot more or less potent, so hopefully it makes for an interesting Step 2.

Mega Stone:
Stat Boosts: +20 Attack, +40 Defense, +30 Special Defense, +10 Speed
Ability: Oblivious
Description: A potential defensive Pokemon could use this Mega Stone to ignore Taunting and continue to do its job. Alternatively, a physical sweeper could gain the extra bulk to ease setup and block Intimidate. Best suited for a Pokemon with a strong natural ability, so that it can play similarly to something like Mega Slowbro.

Supportive Ability:
Name: Wallow
Effect: When the user enters the battlefield, it covers battlefield in murky water, weakening the power of fire-type and electric-type attacks by 67% for 5 turns. (Activates the effects of both Water Sport and Mud Sport).
Description: Combines two effectively useless removed moves and turns them into an ability that can allow the user to effectively resist fire and electric or to give opportunities in the face of these types to its teammates.

Signature Item:
Name: Warrior's Sash
Effect: An item to be held by [the intended holder]. It boosts the power of not-very effective moves by 100%. Cannot be removed or displaced if held by the intended holder.
Description: Similarly to Thick Club, this item effectively gives the intended holder two abilities at the cost of its item slot. With it, the holder would be able to more effectively break through defensive Pokemon.
