Apologies, I should have said in between "Pecharunt's Malignant Chain" and "Alomomola's Scald", just like how you phrased the sentence right now. I have concerns over Malignant Chain's placement only.

If ceruledge is not tera'd, pecha is more inclined to use its other attacks immediate damage (namely foul play or shadow ball) against you instead of using malignant chain.
