Glory: I have seen firsthand his cooking and I am confident he can preform well.

Akira: I don’t think she will be playing this hpl but she is a truly stellar player and her support will be god tier.

Aerobee: Amazing player and builder, he will do amazing in this tour.

CSCL: obviously an amazing player who manages to cteam everybody.


A:

Eyeos: Council member and a generally respectful builder.

NToTheN: very good builder and player, I look forward to seeing their builds.

Anaconja: Will need teams provided but he is such a good clicker.

NihilSlave: Amazing clicker with teams provided and with CSCL that is possible.

High B:

Ransei: Generally a respected PH player but I worry his builds don’t hold up well now.

Lag=Bad: Very good player but he underestimates himself.

Rightclicker: Usually builds standardish teams that preform decent, respectful clicker.

GuySmash: Another respectful clicker who can build decently.

Ballfire: Preforms decent in tours so I recommend them.

Sussyamomgusdrip: not sure how much they play usum currently but in the past they’ve been a respectful player.

Low B:

Lycanrocistaken: generally a respectful clicker but will need support in usum.

ANinjaDude: Generally a respectful builder and clicker, might be a bit schizo at times with builds tho.

Archey: Decent builder and decent clicker.

Osake: Would need teams provided but he is a good clicker.

Aidan Amoongus: Not much to say, respectful player.

Resolaris: I’m only placing them in B because they have a very stellar ladder performance, they use spam a lot tho so I’m not sure how they’ll hold up in a tour.

Ansonisthebest: Relies on Fishy offense to win a lot so their play style is restrictive.

Dragon0987: same thing as Anson.

C:


Splodge: they are an ok player.

Teamo: will need teams provided but can click decently.

Eyeos4 second in the eyeos national tour very good player

Eyeos top 8 in eyeos national tour disqualified for leaking their own team so probably could have gotten better
Eyeos (sleepy) 4th in the eyeos national tour because despite the fact they used Comatose every single game nobody prepped for it anyways.
Eyeos (mermaid) everyone took as much water coverage as possible because of the name. They didn’t bring a single water type to any game. They got top 8

A-
Eyeos3 got top 4 in the eyeos national tour but that’s because eyeos got disqualified
Eyeos6 absolutely threw the game again eyeos4still got top 8 do
Eyeos(horse) brought spam to every game and got c team every time but somehow still in top 8
Eyeos(unlucky) got frozen 4 times and lost top 8 but they still good

B+
Eyeos(lucky) probably would have gotten top 8 but decided to gamble in the casino instead
Not eyeos idk how but had a generational run in loser bracket

I kinda suck at this but whatever if I forgot you sorry I'm just like that tried to be objective probably too nice everyones cool and awesome and plays games and all that. Didn't do +/-, people are sometimes ordered within ranks.

6PH PVR​

S tier​

Glory - best actual innovation + builder in the tier. Despite their grievances with playing the game itself, builds are always top-notch and playing skill matches that.

A tier - most likely Bo3 players, high quality.​

Aerobee - Despite waning(?) (as of last I know) interest in the tier and the fact that they're managing, builds are solid and play is top-notch. Interest level brings him down a little for me, but still easily 2nd best.
NtotheN - solid builds, solid enough clicks. Lots of experience. Could easily support both 6 slots, so they're well worth investment. Builds can feel a little formulaic at times.
Excaliju - Flexible enough builder, good clicker. Positive tour records need little introduction as to display of skill.
Ransei - ALMOST FORGOT LMAO, Easily one of the most experienced. Lots of knowledge, will build, good clicker.
Jb291 - don't quite know much about them, fantastic tour record first HPL, Quite solid teams.

B tier - builders and/or clickers with experience​

Sussyamongusdrip - Good clicker with lots of experience. unique teams that are always good, just slot them in 7 though. (here solely because it's a waste to slot them in 6)
Ballfire - again great records, solid builder and player, plenty of experience, highly recommend.
Berry - Plenty of experience, solid player, not as motivated/able to build every week from what I've seen, good clicking.
Iguana - solid player, plenty of Experience, did decently in HPL 1, can build and play for themself well.
Ghastlypixie - builder, clicker, amazing team support and positivity. Does it all. A must draft for any team
blahpy - Sign up ty
Guysmash - decent all-rounder for ph, solid enough pick, wants support.
Teamo - good clicker, I think they're a decent builder? They have more experience in PH specifically so I put them here because they can support builds afaik.
Sheep Liver - plenty of experience, would like support to check teams, but is fully capable of making their own teams and winning.
maxouille - decent boths for ph, haven't played them/seen them play in a while so idk skill.
Lycanrockwastaken - decent enough builder. Needs support, not the best clicker. Can build and pass asw.
Podra - decent ladder warrior from what I remember, I think I've played them before and they didn't seem terrible. Heavy support.

B2 tier, -> clickers​

ok I lied subtier this is more clickers and people who I know (or have at least heard) are somewhat skilled. Might place some of them above B tiers because they click way better, but idk teambuilding skill.
Clas - idk em, they play other tiers well and do a lot of hackmons stuff of all kinds.
Ineros - good clicker, prob needs building support
Onyx onix 7 - slot them in BH.
Rei - lots of tours, good clicker (?).
Rarre - did a little digging, decent tour player it looked like

C tier - idk most of these people well/they're support or sub material, or I've forgotten due to my shitty memory​

anaconja - leads the tier, actually plays it, is good at bh, and is not afraid to build stupid stuff and wins with it. he also refuses to touch 9bh with a ten foot pole which is an excellent sign.

clas - hes both good at bh and the game in general and can build well and also no ones in this slot lol. he is presumably supporting ndbh in ndampl. i think he can both skilldiff and knowledgediff people so thats why hes here.

a

sevag - every time i see sevag in a tour im like "wow what a win!" and then "you lost to that guy???" as such i cannot put him any higher than this. he is still sevag though.

onyx - you will lose to this guy

b+

damflame - good bh player. think hes a cut above everyone in b but not quite sevag onyx. as such this tier exists.

am - this is the guy that can randomly go 6-1 i think. does ndam stuff, probably has exposure to ndbh, and (important) is actually good at the game. he can just skilldiff people like me rc ninjadude which is what this slot is gonna be filled by since the boomers here might just end up in another tier like sm. even if not i think people underrate clickers in bh and he can just win anyway. b+ with damflame.

rc - i love rcs builds theyre filled with very cool and fun sets but then he just forgets something and loses to it. how do i know? because this is literally me. i hope him and his ideas do well in whichever tier he ends up in.

ninjadude - bh player that plays this tier. is somehow on the same team as both acml and clas in ndampl??

shadowpea - bh player that plays this tier

jqlove - bh player that im pretty sure played this tier at some point and has the nihilslave seal of approval and also put 9bh in tiers not played. excellent.

lemonstre - bh player that might play this tier?

ineros - im pretty sure theyre good at this game and although they locked themselves out of ndbh in ndampl they probably still got exposure. see am except i dont recognize them.

medasus - plays this tier in ndampl right now. i know nothing else about them but i think thats good enough for them to be here anyway.

rei - also plays ndbh in ndampl. does not seem to be doing well tho.

jb291 - jb was raking in cash last hpl although that was oras ph. i want to say theyre good enough at the game anyway to be here tho and can easily be higher.

c

aidan - bh player although idr if they play this tier. might just get skilldiffed by everyone tho

boingk - i still have no idea how good they are at bh or how much exposure they had to ndbh

unbecomingduck - plays bh. i know very little about them otherwise.

everyone else

would love to see someone post a good record and please dont hate the tier while youre at it we need more players :sob:
