Duplicate Add switching teams to the best-of-three challenge command

The current command that automatically turns a match into a best-of-three is great for VGC/Rands as it is right now, but I think that not having a toggle that allows players to swap teams mid-set is a missed opportunity. It would be great for room tournaments with Smogon formats since they wouldn't be forced to do BO1 all the time, and i think it'd be used a lot by people playing in Bo3 forum tournaments as well. It could be an additional checkbox that you have to click to allow changing teams, or maybe a completely different modifier from the base. It'd be a great addition regardless of how it's implemented.
 
If this is added, I think allowing bo3s to be across multiple different metagames would also be very useful, as it's a very common format in tournaments. (though there would have to be a way for the loser to select the format of the next game)
