  • Follow all rules listed here.​
  • Schedule via Smogon VMs. It's easier for hosts to make decisions for activity calls when we can see what went down with scheduling.​
  • If you are unable to schedule with your opponent, please let your managers know ASAP so they can communicate that to the hosts or the other team's managers for a potential substitute.​
  • Substitutions may be made after a week has started. When making a substitution, please tag myself, the managers of the opposing team, and all of the players affected by the substitute to ensure that everyone is made aware. Players who have already played in the week or were subbed out in the same week cannot be subbed back in.​
  • If a match remains incomplete by the time of the deadline, it will be subject to an activity call.​
  • Replays are mandatory. Not only are they useful for confirming wins, they contribute to usage stats and allow the people who couldn't watch the games live to watch them later.​
  • Managers: Please send me your lineups in the same format that I used to post pairings. It makes it much easier to post future rounds more quickly.​

It's the end of Week 4 and the beginning of Week 5. For those who are curious about playoff seeding, here's the results:
* = clinched playoff spot
x = eliminated from playoff contention
^ = controls destiny
v = does not control destiny

* 1. :pignite: BBQ Squad (7 points, +9 differential) - JeoZ's win over DBD has guaranteed BBQ Squad a playoff spot combined with DD Joe's win over LustfulLice, as they are now 3 points ahead of the fourth place seeding. meth master's win over benladil in week 4 has put them in control of their 1st place seeding destiny. Here's the scenarios of earning the #1 seeding:
  1. BBQ wins
  2. BBQ ties, Munchlax ties / loses.
    • If BBQ loses 3-5, and Munchlax ties, a tiebreaker will happen for the #1 seed.
* 2. :Munchlax: Bayern Munchlax (6 points, +4 differential) - DD Joe's win over LustfulLice combined with meth master's win over benladil has guaranteed them a playoff spot, as they are now 3 points ahead of the fourth place seeding. Their chance for the #1 seeding hinges on BBQ's performances. Here's the scenarios of earning the #1 seeding:
  1. BBQ loses, Munchlax wins.
  2. BBQ ties, Munchlax wins 7-1 or better.
^ 3. :Haunter: Hauntails (5 points, +6 differential) - The Hauntails are in control of their destiny for a playoff spot but have not earned one yet. After a campaign of three consecutive ties, their blowout win over the Trumbeaks give them the biggest ranges of finishes. They can earn the #1 seed, safely clinch a playoff spot, or even miss the playoffs entirely.
Here's the scenarios of earning the #1 seeding:
  1. BBQ Squad and Munchlax lose, Hauntails win
  2. BBQ Squad loses, Munchlax ties, Hauntails win
Here's the scenarios of earning a playoff spot:
  1. If Hauntails tie / win this week.
  2. If Hauntails lose, and Qwonks and Toughs tie this week.
    • If Hauntails lose by 3-5, and Toughs finish 6-2, a tiebreaker will happen for the playoff seed.
    • If Hauntails lose by 2-6, and Toughs finish 5-3, a tiebreaker will happen for the playoff seed.
Here's the scenarios of being eliminated from the playoffs:
  1. If Hauntails lose by 3-5, and the Toughs finish 7-1 or better.
  2. If Hauntails lose by 2-6, and the Toughs finish 6-2 or better.
  3. If Hauntails lose by 1-7, and the Toughs finish 5-3 or better.
  4. If Hauntails lose, and Qwonks win.

v 4. :Qwilfish-Hisui: Qwonks (3 points, +2 differential) - The loss to the Munchlax is devastating for them, giving up control of their destiny for a playoff spot. Their playoff hopes are low. However, their shot to making it in is still realistic. Here's the scenarios of being eliminated from the playoffs:
  1. Qwonks lose / tie
  2. Hauntails win / tie
Here's how the Qwonks can still clinch a playoff spot:
  1. Qwonks win, and Hauntails lose

v 5.:Tinkatuff: Tinka Toughs (3 points, -1 differential) - The loss to the BBQ Squad particularly hurts for them; further compounded with maybca's loss to The Strap. Their playoff hopes are now extremely slim and things need to go perfectly if they want to make it beyond five weeks. Here's their elimination scenarios:
  1. Toughs lose / tie
  2. Hauntails wins / tie
  3. If Hauntails lose by 3-5, and the Toughs finish 5-3 or worse.
Here's how the Toughs can still clinch a playoff spot:
  1. Toughs win 5-3, Hauntails go 2-6 or worse.
    • If Toughs win 5-3, and Hauntails go 3-5, a tiebreaker will ensue for the playoff spot.
  2. Toughs win 6-2 or better, Hauntails go 3-5 or worse.
x 6. :Trumbeak: Tropical Trumbeak (0 points, -19 differential) - If you're playing for this team, I'm really sorry and you've had an extremely tough season. Four straight losses to the season, and eliminated before the fourth week started after a blowout loss against the Tinka Toughs Week 3. I wish you all better luck for your current / future team tours you're in, and don't let this tournament discourage you in any way, shape, or form.
