Since it is an even numbered competition, the next theme can be any Pokémon or theme with no restrictions, and will be chosen by Steve as a reward for winning the last competition. If they don’t want to choose, or don’t choose by10/09/25, then I’ll post a theme by 11/07/25 (GMT).
Once it's announced you win the competition, comment your choice in a new post with the new theme at the top of the message.

There are some rules as to what you are able to pick.
- For every odd teambuilding competition, you can pick any Pokémon from the top 30 of the VR (link).
- For every even teambuilding competition, you can pick anything you want with no restrictions.

These rules are in place to ensure that we don’t get too many difficult mons to build with in a row, which has caused inactivity in the past.

You can also choose a set or a theme to build with instead of a Pokémon. E.g., Build with banded tyranitar, or build with water spam. You can choose more difficult themes if you wish, but please exercise discretion.

Once picked, your choice can't be changed, so bear that in mind.

Steve22 has chosen a new theme! This time, the theme involves the eevee evos! Submit any OU team which contains your favorite eeveelution. No other restrictions apply.

Good ol Gyarajolt, a classic since 2015, although Gyara works better with either ground types, Breloom, or Tar tbh.

Vaporeon is an old relic that I feel WishVap works better in ADV since the power is more forgiving, Umbreon without Foul Play is just passive, & the rest are thrown into UU or NU (Flareon & Glaceon)

It's funny... a few days ago, I was thinking about building a team with Vaporeon, and seeing this, I'm taking the opportunity to post it.

This team isn't really very original, except for Vaporeon. Well, it's not a Pokémon with a wide repertoire, so, considering the team's style, I decided to go with Wish + Protect. Although it may not seem like it, it can take a lot of punishment. With 116 EVs in SpD, it can take 3 Tbolts from LO Starmie, for example. It can also take 3 CCs from physical offensive nape / +3 DD Crunch ttar or EQ +4 Gyara.
I had doubts about the Metagross set... At first, it was the team leader, considering Sash, Lum, or Scarf. Finally, I went with Iron Ball and moved Vaporeon to the start. I'm a little obsessed with Specs Latias, hence the EVs. It can fit 3 DM / Surf perfectly. With Trick Iron Ball and 160 in Atk, it can eliminate defensive Zapdos from 2 EQ, as well as Skarmory (SpD). 28 in Speed (183) precisely for defensive Skarmory with Taunt, which is normally used with 182, taking into account the 181 from the Iron Ball gross set from the Smogon Dex.
More of the same with Gengar, an unreliable spin block due to its fragility, but I think it fits well here. I considered its Lum Berry set a little, but considering that I play with SR, Spikes, and Iron Ball gross, I decided to use Sub + trick with Black Sludge. I don't know if I'll ever be in that situation, but the 64 HP is to withstand Pursuit from Ttar + SR damage and sandstorm.
Skarmory's turn and my other steel type to better counter the annoying Specs Latias. In fact, it has the same function as Metagross. The rest (92 in defense) can withstand Gyara's Waterfall +4.
Now I needed something to better fit the damage from the special side and, above all, something that would be my SR user. Clefable was the chosen one, a dominant Pokémon that has always been present in every generation. Knock Off to disable the opponent and wear them down more with SR support, Spikes, or Double Trick.
Finally, Gliscor stallbreaker. In addition to good synergy with Fable, its Taunt set fits perfectly, as that was what I was missing. I opted for those 40 in attack over defense for Breloom + the ability to eliminate Jirachi (utility set) with 2 EQ.

Wish+tect Vapo double trick.

:Vaporeon::Swampert::Latias::Heatran::Rotom-Wash::Scizor:

A pretty fun offense I cooked up featuring my favorite eeveelution Vaporeon and SD Occa Sciz. The Vaporeon is EV'd to live a Jolly Loom Seed Bomb and the Sciz has enough Spe investment to outrun Milotic by 1 point. Heatran is really great here because it answers a lot of things offensively and defensively that the rest of the team might struggle with. Swampert is here because it's sheist and I have been wanting to use it more. Latias + Rotom add some much needed Spe and utility.
