Introduction
It's been such a long time since I last posted here, but man, it's good to be back.
Hello everyone, and once again I'm using really weird and unusual Pokémon and climbing the ladder, but #1 is a whole new level, especially with an absolutely massive gap of 46 Elo to 2nd place. Not only that, but I also reached Top 100 on Ladder using a Balance Team with only 5 Pokémon, which seems unbelivable.
Once again you might be asking yourself why I'm doing these stupid things, but this time the explanation is really simple on one hand but really stupid on the other hand:
1. I felt like the generation was coming to an end with Legends Z-A finally releasing and wanted to do one last challange before escaping the hell that is SV OU, to switch to Z-A and ultimatiely got this idea.
2. I believe in these lowtiers. There was no challenge or something like that; I just really wanted to use :Bronzong: because I thought it was really good, so I started building and climbing higher than I thought would happen anytime soon, so join me on my journey to the peak of the ladder.

Bronzong @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
Tera Type: Ghost
EVs: 252 HP / 240 SpD / 16 Spe
Sassy Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Psychic Noise
- Iron Head
- Earthquake

Starting off again with the star of the team :Bronzong:. I don't fully understand why nobody uses him even though he's so great. He's the only Pokémon that can set hazards and keep them up vs :Hatterene:, :Great Tusk:, :Iron Treads: and :Glimmora: because they all get hit super effectlively by :Bronzong: and can only punch back for minimal damage, which is an insanely impressive feat in a this hazard-centered metagame. Not only does it basically wall them, but thanks to Tera Ghost, we can act as a Ground Immune spin blocker denying :Great Tusk: and :Iron Treads: any chance at getting off a Rapid Spin.
Not only that, but being the best :Kyurem: answer in the game thanks to resisting Ice and Dragon while being immune to Ground moves thanks to Levitate means a Bulky Balance team with a consistent matchup into Kyurem, which sounds unthinkable.
It can even beat basically every :Dragonite: set (aside from Fire Punch and Roost) or at least chip it down low enough, so :Weavile: can finish it off.
Another very underrated tech is abusing the fact that it's naturally a lot slower than Alomomola, which means we can use Psychic Noise after it uses Flip Turn, allowing us to deny healing on anything switching in that isn't a dark type (or holding a Covert Cloak, but nobody does that).
Leftovers are its only form of real recovery and the only viable Item to use if you want to run :Bronzong:
Iron Head and Psychic Noise are here for consistent STAB, while I chose Iron Head over Heavy Slam (:Bronzong: is surprisingly light) and Gyro Ball (mainly because then :Hatterene: doesn't take from it lol) for more consistency.
Earthquake over the more commonly used Body Press is my last move here because I found it doesn't get used at all and only does minimal damage, even when super effective, while Earthquake can really nicely hit many targets like :Iron Crown:, :Gholdengo: (after I popped the:Air Balloon:), :Heatran:, :Cinderace:, :Raging Bolt:, :Iron Treads:, :Iron Moth: and anything that clicks Tera Steel.
I'm running 16 Speed and a -Speed Nature because I can't afford to lower any of my other stats, but I still want to outspeed uninvested :Hatterene:.
Tera Ghost is here just to spinblock vs :Great Tusk: and :Iron Treads: and also theoretically hard wall DD EQ ESpeed Roost :Dragonite:.

Careful Nature

This guy is another absoloutely underrated G.O.A.T. easily beating mons like :Iron Moth:, :Iron Valiant:, :Gholdengo: (with :Air Balloon: popped), :Darkrai:, :Raging Bolt:, :Zamazenta:, and more in a world absolutely filled to the top with Hyper Offense and Offense teams. It being extremely tanky with Unaware and reliable recovery makes me sometimes prefer to run it over :Ting-Lu:, which here is most definitely the right choice here. This time I'm running it with Spikes because :Bronzong: is already the one setting Stealth Rock and there is really nothing useful to put into the last slot.
It was originally Tera Water but then I got farmed by :Choice Specs::Darkrai: and realised Ghost and Dark are really strong into my team, so I changed it to Tera Dark. This also allows me to be immune to moves like Psychic Noise, Psyshock and Stored Power which can be really useful in some situations. I rarely tera it tho.
:Leftovers: is by far the better item over :Heavy Duty Boots: in my opionion even though my team is slow paced and has no way of removing hazards at all. The recovery from :Leftovers: let's it beat everything so much more easily without having to waste any Recover PP, which is especially helpful, because :Bronzong: can't heal up in the long run. Not only that but the ability to simultaneously heal up every Turn while the opponent takes damage from Toxic every Turn is just great.

Are you struggling with Stall? Does :Corviknight: keep walling half your team and removing all of your progress by klicking Defog? Do you just want to blow up your opponent with no warning?
Introducing: :Gholdengo:
This golden cheese string guy is absolutely hillarious and does everything I just mentioned. Modest Tera Steel Nasty Plot Make It Rain obliterates everything that tries to get onto the field and not even something like :Blissey: or :Ting-Lu: are safe. It's a really standart :Gholdengo: set with :Air Balloon: to temporarily wall opposing :Landorus-Therian: and :Dragonite: while making the life of :Great Tusk: and :Iron Treads: an absolute hell of a guessing game.
The Speed is enough to outspeed uninvested :Gliscor: allowing me to slap a lot of HP on it.
These HP in of themselves don't make it tank the extra hit often times (aside from being able to live opposing :Gholdengo: Shadow Ball even after rocks allowing it to break its :Air Balloon:, so :Clodsire: can deal with it or just outright kill it, thanks to being Modest, which is really important for the team to not lose to opposing :Gholdengo:) but the bulk really comes to show when you factor in all of the extra HP you gain everytime you click Recover.

There is not really much to say here at all besides mentioning how great he is. 88 HP and an absoloutely massive 160 Defense almost being as bulky as :Dondozo: while actually having consistent recovery. Naturally hard walling hard hitters like :Rillaboom:, :Cinderace:, :Zamazenta:, :Ogerpon-Wellspring: and much much more is just insane. Thanks to Tera Dark Foul Play these guys and even mons like :Kingambit: and :Dragonite: can be beaten without too much trouble and also let's it beat basically every single physical attacker out there.
Unlike on the other mons this guy absolutely requires :Heavy Duty Boots: due to the excessive amount of switching in and switching out it does with Parting Shot and because he doesn't resist Stealth Rock.

Chesnaught @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Bulletproof
Tera Type: Fire
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spe
Impish Nature
- Iron Defense
- Body Press
- Knock Off
- Synthesis

Another underrated Pokémon and this time even with an unusual set.
:Chesnaught: is amazing because it's basically the only Pokémon which can reliably answer :Ogerpon-Wellspring:, :Kingambit: and :Great Tusk:, all of which are extremely common and powerful.
Not only that but Bulletproof is an absolutely hillarious Ability which makes it immune vs :Cinderace:'s Pyro Ball and Shadow Ball from mons like :Gholdengo: and :Dragapult:, as well as Sludge Bomb from :Slowking-Galar:, Weather Ball and Focus Blast.
Because the team already has :Clodsire: for setting Spikes, this frees up a Slot for me to use Iron Defense. This not only makes it more reliable in the long term but also allows it to quickly get out of control.
The only issue with Synthesis is that it only recovers 25% of your health instead of the usual 50% once Rain, Sand or Hail are up, which is something to really watch out for, especially with :Tyranitar: currently popping off, which is a matchup where :Chesnaught: is really important for walling :Tyranitar: himself and of course :Excadrill:, as well as :Slowking-Galar:'s Chilly Reception obviously being very common and :Chesnaught: also being really important vs Rain to wall :Barraskewda:.
Knock Off is here for not only obviously removing items but also letting it hit many Pokémon that like to switch into Body Press like :Gholdengo:, :Dragapult:, :Pecharunt:, :Moltres: and more for either really good damage or removing a really crucial Item.
Tera Fire is here, mainly because of :Ceruledge: being a big issue with the team, especially the amount of :Life Orb::Ceruledge: teams that started popping up and Wisp from :Dragapult:, :Moltres: and :Cinderace: being extremely annoying, while letting me resist Moonblasts from :Iron Valiant:, :Enamorus: and :Primarina: like with Tera Steel, but unlike Tera Steel not making me weak to :Iron Valiant:'s Close Combat afterwards. This also allows me to sometimes get off a Synthesis when :Kingambit: thinks it can kill me with Iron Head but I suddenly resist it.

Tera Steel is what makes this :Weavile: different from others. Teambuilding Process:
:Bronzong:
First I started off with :Bronzong:, seeing how :Glimmora: and :Kyurem:'s usuage were skyrocketing and its Ability to set Stealth Rock reliably was being underestimated.
:Bronzong: :Ting-Lu:
Next I wanted a bulky SpD Ghost and Dark resist and what better than :Ting-Lu:
:Bronzong: :Ting-Lu: :Gholdengo:
Seeing as I was building a Bulky Hazard Stack I wanted to reliably keep hazards on the field and blow up Stall, so it was an easy pick.
:Bronzong: :Ting-Lu: :Gholdengo: :Mandibuzz:
Now I needed physical wall to reliably answer threats and I really like :Rocky Helmet: :Mandibuzz:, so I chose it next.
:Bronzong:
I realised the previous Team would require removal from :Great Tusk: or :Iron Treads: which simply didn't fit at all, so I started from the beginning again.
:Bronzong: :Clodsire:
This time I chose :Clodsire: as my 2nd SpD mon, seeing as its reliable Recovery and Unaware could be really helpful (I also just really like it).
:Bronzong: :Clodsire: :Gholdengo:
Once again, the same reasoning. I want to keep hazards on the field and blow up Stall, so :Gholdengo: will join once again.
:Bronzong: :Clodsire: :Gholdengo: :Pecharunt:
Once again I needed a physical wall and :Mandibuzz: won't work, so I had to return to one of my favourite Pokémon :Pecharunt:
:Bronzong: :Clodsire: :Gholdengo: :Pecharunt: :Chesnaught:
At this point the Team was really weak to :Kingambit: and also hated :Ogerpon-Wellspring:, so I chose :Chesnaught:
:Bronzong: :Clodsire: :Gholdengo: :Pecharunt: :Chesnaught: :Weavile:
I've been in this situation so often before: I need Knock Off, Speed and revenge killing, so :Weavile: was a no brainer (even though it feels weird to use without Chilly Reception)

Replays:

Threats:
:Choice Specs::Kyurem:: Even though I am running Specially Defensive :Bronzong: this mf still just blasts through it, getting a
252 SpA Choice Specs Tera Ice Kyurem Blizzard vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Bronzong: 117-138 (34.6 - 40.8%) -- 56.7% chance to 3HKO after Leftovers recovery
or just freezing you before you can do anything. :Weavile: Lives a Tera Ice Blizzard, so thanks to Pressure it can remove 4 Blizzard PP and threaten to Knock Off :Kyurem:'s :Choice Specs: but that's kind of it. Even my bulky Gholdengo get's
252 SpA Choice Specs Tera Ice Kyurem Blizzard vs. 160 HP / 0 SpD Gholdengo: 195-230 (54.9 - 64.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
.
:Walking Wake:: Nothing on the team can really tank the Sun boosted Hydro Steams, but :Chesnaught: can Synthesis spam in sun thanks to the boosted recovery (can't switch in tho) and I honestly don't know how to explain it, but my W/R vs Sun is suprisingly good. If the :Walking Wake: is Modest, Weavile can often find an entry vs something and then sweep with 1 SD.
:Ceruledge:: If it is running Poltergeist, which it has started to pick up, you're in for a rough time. If yoi can afford to tera :Pecharunt: or :Chesnaught: you're fine but otherwise good luck (maybe you can switch in :Weavile: on an SD or Poltergeist and then predict the tera and klick Triple Axel / Knock Off accordingly).
:Gholdengo:: Ok, so this is a funny one. :Clodsire: hard walls it (nobody runs Psyshock), but also can't touch it if the :Air Balloon: is intact. Therefore, my most common way of beating :Gholdengo: if it enters on :Clodsire: is pure swag. Just hard switch into :Weavile: on the Shadow Ball / Nasty Plot and klick Knock Off. Works 100% of the time and looks sick af at the same time. (I don't believe I ever lost to it tho lol)
Another very important way of beating opposing :Gholdengo: is using our own :Gholdengo:. We are so bulky, we actually
252 SpA Gholdengo Shadow Ball vs. 160 HP / 0 SpD Gholdengo: 288-342 (81.1 - 96.3%) -- 12.5% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock

with out own :Gholdengo: (also makes you look very cool).
Other options include literally everything on the team being able to tank 1 hit and break the :Air Balloon:.
Toxic:Gliscor:: He's such a massive pain in the ass to deal with, to bad for them 99% of Toxic :Gliscor: teams lose to a +4 :Weavile: and like klicking Tera Water infront of it, so you can just SD on the first Protect, then klick Tera Steel SD and sweep.
Speedy :Kingambit:: You better hope it doesn't secretly have Serene Grace, so :Chesnaught: can beat it. Otherwise after minimal chip (e.g. 1x:Rocky Helmet:) Tera Dark :Pecharunt: also beats it.
CM TSteel :Latios:: Lmao go cry. You can Knock Off with Weavile or beg they're stupid enough to get fucked by a :Chesnaught: Body Press, but that's about it. You can decide to run Body Press on :Bronzong: and
0 Def Bronzong Body Press vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Tera Steel Latios: 158-186 (52.4 - 61.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock
but I only faced it once and Earthquake hits so many things so much better.

I have never used offensive :Zapdos: in gen 9 before and I honestly don't know why. This thing simply obliterates anything in its sight with Hurricane. Not only that but the Volt Switch also is just so strong. While Ground types exists, :Ting-Lu: actually can't kill us, :Landorus-Therian:, :Great Tusk: and :Gliscor: get blown up by Hurricane and :Iron Treads: get burnt to hell by Heat Wave.
Tera Steel is here to just resist stuff like Moonblast from :Iron Valiant: and :Enamorus:, as well as Ice Type attacks from :Kyurem: and Draco Meteors from :Dragapult:, :Raging Bolt: and more.
I'm running slightly less than max Speed to underspeed and get a slow Volt Switch vs opposing offensive :Zapdos: but still outspeed :Iron Crown:, so I can blow it up with Heat Wave.

:Kingambit: is just such a powerful Pokémon and this set abuses every single bit of it. :Leftovers: and a very good bulk of 100/120/85 + an amazing typing of Dark/Steel make it incredibly annoying to get rid off. All of this happens while it also fires off absurdly strong Adamant Tera Dark Supreme Overlord Swords Dance boosted Kowtow Cleaves and Sucker Punches. Seriously man, this damage wracks up insanely quickly.
I'm running 20 Speed due to most minimally investedd :Kingambit: running 16 Speed or less. Additionally this just doesn't put me below a 16 HP freshold, preventing me from losing 1 extra HP recovery from :Leftovers: every turn. You know him, maybe you hate him, but :Ting-Lu: is truly insane. An absurd bulk of 155/125/123(factoring in Vessel of Ruin, assuming max SpD investment) with once again a very solid defensive typing and just so much utility. Tera Poison is in my opinion by far its best Tera Type, with Tera Water keeping me weak to :Kyurem: and making me weak to :Raging Bolt:, while Tera Ghost just doesn't give me the resistances I want, and Tera Steel is weak to Close Combat from :Iron Valiant: which I would like to wall after I tera, which I do with Tera Poison. This also allows me to resist other attacks like Moonblast from the mentioned :Iron Valiant:, as well as the ones from :Enamorus: and :Primarina:. Additionally getting neutral vs things like :Kyurem:'s Freeze Dry and :Walking Wake:'s Hydro Steam can be very useful.
The set is just the most standart set aside from that with Whirlwind for phazing, Ruination for chipping, Earthquake for dealing consistant STAB damage and Stealth Rock to set Hazards.
I'm running 12 Speed to potentially outspeed opposing :Ting-Lu:.

Naturally hard walling hard hitters like :Rillaboom:, :Cinderace:, :Zamazenta:, :Ogerpon-Wellspring: and much much more is just insane. Last but not least, :Dragonite:. We gotta keep on abusing the broken mons to make this work and just works so well. The old reliable EKiller set from the old days is still putting in lots of work, while being very underestimated for some reason. Jolly is here to outspeed :Dragapult: at +1 and OHKO it with the for some reason extremely rare Ice Spinner. This also allows me to potentially OHKO opposing :Dragonite: through Multiscale at +1, as well as the massive amount of :Landorus-Therian: and :Gliscor: trying to stop me from sweeping. Teambuilding Process:
:Zapdos::Kingambit::Ting-Lu:
First I wanted to start off by using the popular ZapKingLu core, having never tried it myself before.
:Zapdos::Kingambit::Ting-Lu::Pecharunt:
Next, after I already had a SpD mon in :Ting-Lu: I also wanted a really reliable PhysDef mon, so my goat :Pecharunt: was just a great fit.
:Zapdos::Kingambit::Ting-Lu::Pecharunt::Dragonite:
The team was really lacking in Speed but no speedy mons looked good, so the good old ESpeed Dnite had to join

Replays:

Threats:
:Kyurem:: :Kingambit: and :Ting-Lu: can usually deal with it, while :Zapdos: actually outspeeds it and can hit it with a massive Hurricane
:Walking Wake:: Yeah go cry, I'm like 0-999 vs sun with this team, no chance whatsoever.
Stall: Same thing as Walking Wake. The lack of 1 extra fallen for :Kingambit: and its inability to outspeed even the slowest :Corviknight: this matchup is also just unwinnable.
:Moltres: This thing walls our only offensive capabilities and is therefore super annoying but suprisingly managable. Usually something like Tera Dark :Kingambit: can just punch a massive hole into it and it stops being a problem.
There is most defitnely many more threats I forgot by now, because I haven't used the team in a bit but these are defitnely some of the biggest problem.

What I would probably add last:
:sv/Slowking-Galar:
Slowking-Galar @ Heavy-Duty Boots

EVs: 248 HP / 16 Def / 4 SpA / 240 SpD
Sassy Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 0 Spe
- Future Sight
- Sludge Bomb
- Chilly Reception
- Psychic Noise
This would most likely be my last slow for the team. :Slowking-Galar: deals with sun extremely well. Additionally it gives me a SpD mon with recovery, which massively takes pressure off of :Ting-Lu:.
Not only that but Future Sight also really helps breaking down Stall, while Psychic Noise does that too, as well as helping with things like SubTect :Kyurem:.
Lastly it easily takes on all of the fairys bullying :Ting-Lu:.

Conclusion + Shoutouts:
This team was very fun to build and play with and got me higher than I ever would've thought and I am very glad I got to do so using cool anti-meta picks in a very creative team instead of just spamming the broken mons of the gen to get high.
Shoutouts to It's all Rng for always being there with all of my recent builds and motivating me the entire time, as well as a wise man who once said "Stall is stall".
PS: :Bronzong: is actually good and you should try it some day.

Just hit 2k Elo 2 more times with my only drop being because of a missklick.
(Also yes, I'm sorry Dewed I won't forget you)
Additionally new peak GXE of 84.7%
