Welcome to SS 2v2 Cup, the first cup of 2v2 Classic IV!

Tournament Rules:

  • General tournament rules and regulations can be found here.
  • 2v2 Classic rules can be read here.
  • Battles must take place on main server or smogtours under the format [Gen 8] Doubles OU.
  • Best of five, single elimination.
  • If you don't get your match done, I will give the activity win to someone or coinflip it. If both users are constantly making contact but can't set up a specific time, I will give an extension for 3 days. Do not rely on this because I might just flip your game if minimal effort was put in.
  • Do not make baseless activity posts; get in contact with your opponent and report missed times / scheduling issues only.
  • Replays required.

Letting the act call stand since it seems that Tricknology was on at the scheduled time and the challenge happened an hour later. Will overrule if there are logs of a challenge in the 15 minute scheduled window.

The situation is confusing because no specific time had been set in advance. In addition, we had agreed to play in the afternoon, but he informs me that he will still be online in the morning, which was not initially planned. This last-minute change creates some confusion and complicates the organization, especially since it changes the conditions we had agreed upon.

There was no time change on the publicly viewable scheduling. Tricknology came online at 12 pm GMT+5.5. I will not acknowledge this act call anymore unless there's PS logs showing that a challenge in the valid window was ignored.
