What are some of your best can't tell if compliment or insults?

So like things which genuinely you can't tell if it is meant as an insult or a compliment and like it just is a thing where it could be either. Like for instance "you got long arms buddy" or something like that (I know that one was bad, please do better than that).

I mean, anything that would sound passive aggressive, but you can't tell if whoever was saying that was trying to tell the truth, or are trying to be that would probably work, ig if I had to come up with something still, maybe "you're strong for (insert x thing here)" would fall in line

Just take everything as a compliment. If the person meant to insult you, taking it as a compliment will annoy them.

really like the phrase "with all due respect" cause you never know how much is due. maybe no respect is due at all. they won't know.
