Gen 5 BW NU Discussion

1a) Ban Sleep
I'm not even sure that it has a positive win rate, since a lot of the sleepers aren't great mons. But BW sleep is broken as recognized by other BW tiers, and games where sleep can be clicked so freely and with such consequence like these should not be happening (regardless of whatever else happened in the games):

These both feature Vileplume, who is very underrated, but Exeggutor, Tangela and even Butterfree are all viable users of sleep too.
1b) Free Jynx
It's simply not broken once sleep is gone. I understand if people don't want to do this part, but I think it would be a good addition to the tier since it would push things slightly more offensively and I also just generally believe not broken mons should be legal.
