TV & Films Recommendations for the week of January 25th to January 31st

Movies

#Soft Flex
Film:
Kung Fu Hustle
Genre: Action, Comedy
Description: I hadn't planned on recommending my favourite/greatest movie of all time again quite so soon, but 2026 is off to a horrible start as we've lost 2 iconic cast members this month already: Cheung Yan-Yuen (Beggar) and Siu-Lung Leung (The Beast). So, consider this an unofficial tribute nomination. :psysad:

@ The Benz Mafia
Film:
No Other Choice (2025)
Genre: Comedy, Crime, Drama, Thriller
IMDb Synopsis: After being unemployed for several years, a man devises a unique plan to secure a new job: eliminate his competition.

Film:
Return to Silent Hill
Genre: Psychological Horror, Thriller, Drama
IMDb Synopsis: When a man receives a mysterious letter from his lost love, he is drawn to Silent Hill, a once familiar town now consumed by darkness.

Parker's Point: Another loss for the video game adaptations. This was probably the easiest one to do and they still got most of it wrong. Soundtrack still slaps tho.

Identity

Very cool and simple concept, plus it's a quick watch at just an hour a half in runtime. Definitely recommend if it crosses a streaming service you own someday.
