Well, well. Guild operatives, here to ruin my beautiful work? How utterly predictable. You people have no appreciation for science! These specimens have responded magnificently to my aggression amplification treatment. Their power is exquisite now, far beyond what nature intended. Yes, their temperament has become somewhat... uncooperative. They won't listen to anyone, not even moi! But that is a small price to pay for perfection, non? Team Flare's vision of a beautiful world has no room for the weak, and these creatures are weak no longer. Now then, if you insist on interfering, I suppose my guards will have to delay you while I collect my research notes. Do try not to break anything too valuable!
Opponents
Mightyena Level 4
Typing: Dark Abilities: Intimidate, Quick Feet Hidden Ability: Moxie
Rage Zone. Berserk Pokemon on this tile treat all core* stat stages as one (1) greater. If three (3) Mega Candidates are on the Player team, treat all stat stages as two (2) greater instead.*
~B1~
Berserk Spawn. Berserk Pokemon enter play on these tiles. This tile is part of the Rage Zone. See Berserk Pokemon Selection.
~Mi~
Mightyena Spawn. After Mightyena has been Fainted for six (6) rounds: At the end of the Referee's turn, create a new copy of Mightyena on this tile, or an adjacent unoccupied tile if occupied.
~Dr~
Druddigon Spawn. After Druddigon has been Fainted for six (6) rounds: At the end of the Referee's turn, create a new copy of Druddigon on this tile, or an adjacent unoccupied tile if occupied.
Arena Move: Rage
Objective
Starting Pokemon: Mightyena, Druddigon, plus all Berserk Pokemon. (Respawned copies are not Starting Pokemon.)
Main Objective: Defeat all Berserk Pokemon.
Side Objective: Complete the Main Objective without any Player Pokemon fainting.
Side Objective: Defeat Mightyena and Druddigon at least once each.
(Break ties by using the order Pokemon were sent in in their sign-up post. The end result should be one Berserk Pokemon per Player Mega Candidate.)
First, until there are two (2) Berserk Pokemon selected, each Dispatcher adds the Primary from their row. If there are multiple Dispatchers in the same row, then also add the Secondary.
Then, until there are two (2) Berserk Pokemon selected, each Saboteur adds a Secondary from a row that already has its Primary added. If no Dispatchers are present, Saboteurs use the "No Dispatchers" row instead, adding Primary first, then Secondary.
Then, if the Player team has three (3) Mega Candidates, Volcanion is added as the third Berserk Pokemon.
Place each Berserk Pokemon on a Berserk Spawn tile: first on ~B1~, second on ~B2~, third on ~B3~. Unused Berserk Spawn tiles become Rage Zone tiles.
Berserk Pokemon
Berserk Pokemon are powerful test subjects driven mad by failed experiments. They have the following properties:
Double HP.
Take double damage from super effective attacks.
Begin play with Rage Shield.
Rage Shield
While a Berserk Pokemon has Rage Shield:
That Pokemon has Magic Guard in addition to their other Abilities.
That Pokemon takes no more than ten (10) damage from hits.
That Pokemon is unaffected by Major Conditions.
When Sabotage is completed targeting a Berserk Pokemon: Discard that Pokemon's Rage Shield.
At the end of each round, if a Berserk Pokemon has been without Rage Shield for four (4) or more rounds: Grant that Pokemon Rage Shield.
