Necrozma-DM is a setup sweeper that finds its way on balance and bulky offense teams. Necrozma-DM's good defensive traits make it a consistent offensive check to Calm Mind Arceus-Fairy. They also allow it to take on Zacian-C and reliably heal with Moonlight. Regardless of all these traits, Necrozma-DM still has issues safely setting up Dragon Dance because of Arceus-Water and Arceus-Fairy preferring to run status moves like Will-O-Wisp and Thunder Wave to cripple it, often forcing Terastallization. Ho-Oh and Ting-Lu can stop Necrozma-DM from setting up thanks to Whirlwind, with Ho-Oh also running Sacred Fire to force Necrozma-DM out. Furthermore, Necrozma-DM cannot take heavy attacks from the likes of Calyrex-S, Koraidon, Miraidon, Arceus-Ground, and Kyogre.

[SET COMMENTS]
Necrozma-DM is a good sweeper that leverages its bulk to set up on foes such as Zacian-C, Calm Mind Arceus-Fairy, and Eternatus. Sunsteel Strike deals neutral damage to targets such as Ting-Lu, Calyrex-S, and Zacian-C, 2HKOing the latter two and hitting Arceus-Fairy super effectively. Photon Geyser 2HKOes Kyogre and Miraidon and, at +1, 2HKOes Ho-Oh while dealing super effective damage to Koraidon and Eternatus, OHKOing the former unboosted. Photon Geyser lets Necrozma-DM break past Arceus-Water, 2HKOing it at +1 after a layer of Spikes; hence, it is preferred over other moves like Knock Off and Earthquake. Additionally, Photon Geyser ignores Unaware, allowing Necrozma-DM to get the better of Dondozo and Skeledirge. Heavy-Duty Boots give Necrozma-DM the freedom to repeatedly switch in without repercussions, providing unparalleled longevity against Ting-Lu's omnipresent Spikes. Alternatively, Covert Cloak can be used, as it allows Necrozma-DM to set up on Ho-Oh and Glimmora without worrying about burn via Sacred Fire or Speed drops from Mud Shot. However, this does derail its longevity by taking away the luxury of switching in on entry hazards repeatedly. Tera Fire stops Choice Scarf Koraidon from revenge killing it with sun-boosted Flare Blitz and turns Ho-Oh into setup fodder, as Sacred Fire is no longer able to force Necrozma-DM out. Moreover, Tera Fire blocks Will-O-Wisp from Arceus-Fairy and Arceus-Water, though Necrozma-DM must be careful of the latter because it gains a weakness to Judgment.

On bulky offense teams, Necrozma-DM often shares the workload with other physical attackers such as Koraidon and Arceus to overwhelm defensive cores. Balance teams appreciate its defensive utility, which allows it to reliably take on Zacian-C and Calm Mind Arceus-Fairy. Ting-Lu is a great partner as it checks Calyrex-S and Miraidon, which otherwise could take advantage of Necrozma-DM. Ting-Lu's Spikes assist Necrozma-DM by wearing down its common checks such as opposing Ting-Lu and Arceus-Water. Necrozma-DM appreciates powerful wallbreakers such as Koraidon and Calyrex-S, as they can weaken opposing defensive cores to open up a sweep for Necrozma-DM. Koraidon constantly puts pressure on defensive Arceus formes and often forces Ho-Oh to Terastallize into a Fairy-type, making Ho-Oh weak to Necrozma-DM's Sunsteel Strike. Furthermore, Koraidon can switch in on Kyogre's rain-boosted moves, while its sun lets Moonlight heal more. Calyrex-S does good damage to Ho-Oh with either Choice Specs or Nasty Plot-boosted Astral Barrage, making it easier for Necrozma-DM to capitalize. Furthermore, +2 Grass Knot does massive damage to Ting-Lu, which, if it remains healthy, can stop Necrozma-DM from sweeping and phaze it with Whirlwind. Hatterene is a good partner as it stops entry hazards with Magic Bounce, which allows Necrozma-DM to run Covert Cloak to set up on Ho-Oh without having to worry about Sacred Fire's burn. Necrozma-DM struggles with Arceus-Water, Kyogre, and Ho-Oh; hence, teammates like Eternatus and Miraidon are greatly appreciated. Eternatus can status the aforementioned with Toxic and put them on a timer, while Miraidon scares them out with Electro Drift. Eternatus also sets up Toxic Spikes —often forcing defensive staples such as Arceus-Fairy and Ting-Lu to Terastallize into Poison-types, turning Necrozma-DM's Photon Geyser super effective. Kyogre can deal massive damage to Necrozma-DM with its rain-boosted Water Spout and Origin Pulse, or cripple it with Thunder Wave. Additionally, Kyogre's rain reduces Moonlight's healing, making Miraidon's ability to switch in on Kyogre's Origin Pulse and Thunder Wave and force it out with Electro Drift valuable, though it must be wary of Ice Beam.

Necrozma-DM can opt to run Stone Edge as a surprise element to catch Ho-Oh off guard and OHKOes it after one Dragon Dance boost. However, running Stone Edge means Necrozma-DM has to drop Photon Geyser, which makes it difficult to break through Arceus-Water and Dondozo. Knock Off can surprise unsuspecting Calyrex-S and significantly hinders the longevity of stall staples such as Dondozo and Ho-Oh —making it difficult for the former to switch in repeatedly because of Spikes and the latter when Stealth Rock is up. Earthquake is another option that can be preferred, allowing Necrozma-DM to take on opposing Necrozma-DM with more ease.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Calyrex-S**: Calyrex-S deals massive amounts of damage to Necrozma-DM with Astral Barrage. Calyrex-S can also aggressively switch in on Necrozma-DM when it clicks Dragon Dance and lock it into the move via Encore to set up Nasty Plot. However, Calyrex-S must be careful of switching in on Necrozma-DM as Sunsteel Strike does massive damage, and it must scout Knock Off. More importantly, Heavy-Duty Boots Calyrex-S is still faster than +1 Necrozma-DM, and Choice Scarf Calyrex-S can even outspeed it after two Dragon Dance boosts and revenge kill.

**Kyogre**: Kyogre resists Necrozma-DM's Sunsteel Strike and can do immense damage in return with rain-boosted Origin Pulse. However, Kyogre must be wary of Necrozma-DM carrying Photon Geyser. Kyogre's rain makes Moonlight heal less, reducing Necrozma-DM's longevity.

**Ho-Oh**: Ho-Oh deals with Necrozma-DM reliably thanks to its bulk and access to Regenerator. It threatens Necrozma-DM out with Sacred Fire and derails it from sweeping with Whirlwind. However, Knock Off, in conjunction with Stealth Rock, can heavily punish Ho-Oh. In addition, Stone Edge can catch Ho-Oh off guard and OHKO it.

**Arceus-Water**: Arceus-Water resists Sunsteel Strike and carries Will-O-Wisp to stop Necrozma-DM from going out of control. It also dissuades Necrozma-DM from Terastallizing into a Fire-type because of Water-type Judgment.

**Ting-Lu**: Although unable to threaten Necrozma-DM, Ting-Lu, when healthy, can switch in and phaze it with Whirlwind or damage it with Ruination.

**Bulky Steel-types**: Bulky Steel-types like Skarmory and Corviknight on stall archetypes can wall Necrozma-DM thanks to Iron Defense coupled with Body Press. Opposing Necrozma-DM can take advantage in a Necrozma-DM mirror matchup. Furthermore, Tera Steel Koraidon can use Substitute and set up on Dragon Dance Necrozma-DM.

[OVERVIEW]
Necrozma-DM is a good setup sweeper that finds its way on balance and bulky offense teams. Good bulk and typing, backed by Prism Armor allow Necrozma-DM to set up and clean late-game. (pretty much fluff unless you explain what the typing and ability does, you write about the defensive traits just after this so it feels redundant) Necrozma-DM's good defensive traits make it the only consistent offensive check to Eternatus and Calm Mind Arceus-Fairy. (need you mention eternatus? even zac handles etern as it negligibly runs fire type moves, i just dont think you want ndm to check etern, but checking cm fairyceus is more legit reason) It also allows it to take on Zacian-C and reliably heal itself with Moonlight. Regardless of all these traits, Necrozma-DM still has issues to safely setup Dragon Dance because of Arceus-Water and Arceus-Fairy preferring to run Will-O Wisp to cripple Necrozma-DM, forcing it to often Terastallize. Ho-Oh and Ting-Lu are able to stop Necrozma-DM from setting up thanks to Whirlwind with Ho-Oh running Sacred Fire and scaring Necrozma-DM out. (hooh sfire mention should be grouped with wow arcs) Furthermore, Necrozma-DM is not able to take heavy attacks from the likes of Calyrex-S, Koraidon, Miraidon, Arceus-Ground, and Kyogre.

Necrozma-DM is a good setup sweeper that leverages its bulk to setup on foes such as Zacian-C, Calm Mind Arceus-Fairy, and Eternatus. Sunsteel Strike deals good neutral damage to targets such as Ting-Lu, Calyrex-S, and Zacian-C, 2HKOing the latter two and also hitting Arceus-Fairy super effectively in particular. Furthermore, it deals super effective damage to Arceus-Fairy. Photon Geyser can 2HKO 2HKOes Kyogre and Miraidon and at +1 2HKOes Ho-Oh. Ho-Oh, Kyogre, and Miraidon at +2 while dealing super effective damage to Koraidon and Eternatus, OHKOing the former. (unboosted photon geyser 2hkoes mirai and ogre and at +1 2hkoes all of them) Photon Geyser lets Necrozma-DM break past Arceus-Water, 2HKOing it at +1 after a layer of Spikes also allows it to have a way of reliably dealing damage to a weakened Arceus-Water, hence why it is preferred over other moves like Knock Off and Earthquake. (can mention photon geyser breaking past unaware mons like skele and dondozo much more immediately) Heavy-Duty Boots provides unparalleled longevity against Ting-Lu's omnipresent Spikes, giving Necrozma-DM the freedom to repeatedly switch in without repercussions. Alternatively, Covert Cloak can be used on teams that have Hatterene and want a stall sweeper (you dont see phy def hooh on stall much so covert doesnt rlly help against stall that much) as it allows Necrozma-DM to set up on Ho-Oh's face without being worried about burn via Sacred Fire. (mention glimmora mud shot) However, this does derail its longevity and takes away the luxury of switching in on entry hazards repeatedly. Tera Fire gives a much needed resistance to Fire-type and allows Necrozma-DM to stop stops Choice Scarf Koraidon from revenge killing it with sun-boosted Flare Blitz and turns Ho-Oh into setup fodder as Sacred Fire is no longer able to force Necrozma-DM out (you get whirlwinded so i wouldnt call hooh a "setup fodder"). Moreover, Tera Fire blocks Will-O Wisp from Arceus-Fairy and Arceus-Water, though it must be careful of the latter because of super effective Judgment.

Necrozma-DM acts as a good setup sweeper on balance and bulky offense teams. (you've started every paragraph with these same words lol, maybe try to shuffle it or just not repeat) On bulky offense teams it often shares the workload with other physical attackers such as Koraidon and Arceus to overwhelm defensive cores. Balance teams appreciate its defensive utility which allows it to reliably take on Zacian-C and Calm Mind Arceus-Fairy. Furthermore, +2 Grass Knot does massive damage to Ting-Lu which if remains healthy, can stop Necrozma-DM from sweeping and phaze it with Whirlwind. Hatterene is a good partner for as it bounces hazards back with Magic Bounce which allows Necrozma-DM to run Covert Cloak to setup on Ho-Oh without having to worry about Sacred Fire's burn. Necrozma-DM struggles with Arceus-Water and Ho-Oh, hence teammates like Eternatus and Miraidon are greatly appreciated. Eternatus can status both with Toxic and put them on a timer while Miraidon scares both out with Electro Drift. (etern sets tspikes, and tspikes + photon geyser have excellent synergy since you force a tera poison from something like tinglu/fairyceus/waterceus, leaving them weak to photon geyser) Kyogre can deal massive damage to Necrozma-DM with its rain-boosted Water Spout or Origin Pulse, or cripple it with Thunder Wave making it near to impossible for it to switch in on Kyogre safely (why'd you switch in a ndm to ogre). Miraidon makes a good teammate as it can switch in on Kyogre's Origin Pulse and Thunder Wave and force it out with Electro Drift, though it be must be wary of Ice Beam. Eternatus is also another solid partner which helps checking Kyogre with Toxic and is able to assist Necrozma-DM by putting defensive walls such as Arceus-Fairy, Arceus-Water, and Ho-Oh on a timer with either Toxic or Toxic Spikes. (you mentioned etern before, just add the tspikes mention there)

However, running Stone Edge means it has to drop Photon Geyser which makes it difficult for Necrozma-DM to break through Arceus-Water and Dondozo. Knock Off in conjunction with Tera Dark helps it check Calyrex-S in a pinch and in return OHKO it. Furthermore, Knock Off in conjunction with hazards allows Necrozma-DM to knock Heavy-Duty Boots off of opposing foes which could snowball into a sweep. (knock off is much superior to stone edge and has genuine reasons for using it. and i don't think you need to mention tera dark, that's a way too niche tera even for OO. and koff knocking boots doesnt really snowball into a sweep tbh, and it's too general. the main thing is dozo unable to repeatedly come in when spikes are up and also hooh when srock are up)

Calyrex-S can also aggressively switch in on Necrozma-DM when it clicks Dragon Dance and lock it via Encore to setup Nasty Plot. (mention sunsteel doing a lot and koff's possibility always making hard switch a bad idea. importantly, hdb caly is still faster at +1 and scarf sets can revenge kill even after two boosts)

**Koraidon**: Sun-boosted Flare Blitz can do massive damage to Necrozma-DM, forcing it out. Furthermore, Choice Scarf Koraidon can outspeed Necrozma-DM even after it sets up Dragon Dance many times. (koraidon should be a miraidon, calys, zac-c check by this logic...? like clicking fblitz vs a ndm without scouting if its defensive is dumb on top of tera fire, and photon geyser ohkoes korai so it's definitely not a real check)

**Kyogre**: Kyogre is able to resist Necrozma-DM's Sunsteel Strike and can do immense damage in return with rain-boosted Origin Pulse. However, Kyogre must be vary of Necrozma-DM carrying Photon Geyser.

**Ho-Oh**: Ho-Oh is able to deal with Necrozma-DM reliably thanks to its bulk and access to Regenerator. It is able to threaten Necrozma-DM out with Sacred Fire or derail it from sweeping with Whirlwind. However, Knock Off in conjunction with Stealth Rock can heavily punish Ho-Oh.

The wording of this sentence is a little weird, kinda sounds like Ho-Oh doesn't also force NDM to tera. Support arcs also don't run willo specifically for NDM, twave would also still cripple it. NDM isn't the one setting hazards and everything not holding boots is weak to hazards so this is kinda fluff. it's more like waterceus is easily overwhelmed by NDMs teammates which is a p2 thing.

**Ting-Lu**: Although unable to threaten Necrozma-DM, Ting-Lu can switch in on Necrozma-DM when its healthy and is able to phaze it with Whirlwind or damage it with Ruination.

**Skarmory**: Skarmory is the most reliable check to Necrozma-DM on stall teams because of its defensive stats and access to Iron Defense and Body Press. It is also phaze Necrozma-DM with Whirlwind. **Bulky Steel-types**: the standard set can't hit steels (natural or tera) and skarm isnt relevant enough to warrant its own section. probably mention substeel korai here as well since it can use ndm as fodder.
