Right now, the privacy policy link appears over open pm windows, which means that if there are two pm windows open, the bottom one's chatbox is perfectly covered by the link on the left side, at least on my screen. I think usability would be somewhat improved by ensuring that the privacy policy link goes behind the pm window. Thanks!

in the new client, the privacy policy link has been removed so it’s not an issue there.
also, Zarel, was that removal intentional?
 
It wasn't intentional, I assume it was added to the client by someone other than me, who didn't also add it to the Preact client. This would also explain why it appears over DM windows.
 
so i guess its fine that the DM window appears over the link (as suggested by Geysers above), one can always close the window to click the link.
